one star because I'm so discussed with the response from two workers. This customer has all pet clothing bedding etc. The smell of cat and dog shit and piss is horrible. why not wash this shit at home. they allow these ppl to wash this stuff which is not sanitary. You can tell this place has NO competition it is disgustingly dirty and many machines are broke down but they put a really small tag on them so you load all your clothes in before you even realize the machine does not work. Really disappointing! But mostly clean the machines! That cost nothing but some cleanser and time!! read more

Went inside looking for my sister didn't see her anywhere so I knocked on the bathroom door in no one answered so I was leaving mean while this lady whom I thought looked like a customer said you need a key I said I don't need to use the restroom I was looking for someone loudly enough she heard me but kept asking what I said so I yelled what I said at this point then she send one the minions outside asking me why I was being rude I said I wasn't being rude she was honestly kept asking me what I said so obviously she couldn't hear so I yelled it .shoot she had the attitude I just returned what she was giving I stopped using this place years ago when the owner changed and my clothes got messed up because the washing machine are nasty and the dryers are half not working also the people working up here are rude and degusting in the manner they carry themselves.i would advise using any other place but this one thank God I got a washing machine and dryer blessed to not have to use these nasty places anymore read more

Dryers are out dated and struggling. What I mean is an attendant had to come over and spin the drum some before it will start to spin. While it was spinning it looked like it was struggling to work. Staff is ok. But you don't need three people just up at the counter talking and talking and talking. Go clean or something. read more

Has everyone had nothing but trouble out of both washers and dryers? And put quarters in that nothing happened? Be sure to go there with LOTS of $5s for the quarter machines. Even they cheat you. At least my 4 washer loads of sheets, comforters, dog bed, clothes are clean. But the price was about $24! read more
