After being initially impressed with the customer service of the Uhaul rental aspect of this company, I was ultimately very disappointed. I needed a trailer from the 2nd to the 3rd of January, but the company was closing early at noon on the 31st of Dec and closed on New Year's Day. They did not open on the 2nd until after my moving help was arriving. They had the size trailer I needed and told me if I could get there before they closed on the 31st, they would only charge me for the 2nd and 3rd of January. The contract listed the rental date as the 31st, but the son assured me everyone knew what was going on, and not to worry- they would only charge me for 2 days, not the 4 it looked like on the contract. I accepted his word and took the trailer. Upon returning it as promised on the 3rd, no one could 'remember ' the specifics of what had been promised. The father even accused me of trying to get something for free - said he would never have promised anything like that. Lesson learned, always get the promised adjustment to the contract in writing. They took off one day, and I paid for three. I got the impression this was a well-rehearsed routine. read more

It's the closest self storage to Stone Creek and we have had unit for several years. They have both climate controlled and regular units. Prices are average for the market. I feel it is a very secure unit with cameras and a fence. I have never had a problem and my wife is comfortable going alone. read more

indoor storage unit was great- no bugs, furniture impeccably maintained from september - august, easily accessible (gated property but open during reasonable hours) , have 5 days to pay rent at beginning of month and office staff VERY attentive and willing to work with ya. read more

The storage units are well maintained and very clean. They are regularly sprayed for bugs. Our things were in great condition years later. They are helpful and have a variety of payment options. There is also 24 hour on site security. read more
