The front desk staff greeted me warmly and professionally, immediately setting a positive tone. I was then brought back for my initial diagnosis by the dental assistant, Denise. She was incredibly thorough, friendly, and took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the process. One thing that really impressed me was how advanced the technology was. The imaging and diagnostic tools they used were clearly state-of-the-art, which made the evaluation process feel very precise and reassuring. At many medical offices, you can feel like just another number, rushed in, rushed out, and treated more like part of an assembly line than a patient. That was absolutely not the case here. Every member of the team was personable and genuinely focused on patient care. I never once felt hurried. Instead, the staff took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable along the way. After the initial x-rays and testing revealed the issue, Dr. Berto came chairside. His chairside manner was exceptional. He carefully walked me through the images, explained exactly what the tests revealed, and discussed the procedure in a way that was both clear and reassuring. Again, it didn't feel like I was just another patient moving through the system, he took the time to make sure I fully understood what was happening and what to expect. The procedure itself was completed in less than an hour, Dr. Berto kept checking in with me to ensure I was ok, and the entire team continued to be attentive, caring, and professional throughout. Afterward, the post-procedure instructions were explained clearly, and both Denise and Dr. Berto made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. I'll also add something that really surprised me: a day later I have zero pain from the procedure, and more importantly the original tooth pain that brought me in is completely gone. That may just be my personal experience, but it's definitely worth noting. Overall, the combination of high-end technology, exceptional professionalism, and genuinely personable staff made this one of the best dental experiences I've had. I would highly recommend North Texas Endodontics to anyone needing endodontic care.

The root of my tooth is exposed, with an abcess sitting on top. Im in a lot of pain. I asked for pain management. This guy tells me to be some Orajel and just ignored me. I sat in the car for a minute to think things over. I didnt want to act on emotion. I thought, if this is the kind of empathy this dentist has for his patients then I can only imagine what he does for pain under the drill. I said nope, walked in and cancel my appointment. Ain't no way Im risking that. I wanted the only one aggravated with the waiting either, the other two ladies were frustrated as well. Over booking patients and making them wait so he can make some money. No stay far away, he doesnt care.

Yelp, on the other hand, gets a negative one star for completely ignoring my edit and update and sending me a letter telling me that I was wrong. hahahaha I'm the one that was at his office...and I sent them a weblink to show them the updated address and business name. I must have caught a underpaid cubicle worker on a bad day!
