Urgent care couldn't see her due to the severity of the cut. An ex coworker of mine was able to phone Dr Rivets office and they were able to get her in 20 minutes later. All of Dr. Flugstad's staff that I've come across with have been very friendly and polite. The day of my surgery my husband was my ride/nurse. Dr. Flugstad's staff was ready for me and provided my husband with lots of information and made him feel comfortable while he waited for me. Before I went to sleep his staff and I had a great conversation with lots of laughs. While recovering at home Dr. Flugstad checked in with us often, we were reassured that if we had any questions or concerns not to hesitate to call. Everything went well with my surgery and I've been very happy with my results. I recently had an appointment to see how I was doing and we were both pleased with my recovery.
