They took down the payment section of their website over a year ago, and still haven't gotten it back up yet, so you MUST call during business hours to pay your bill. The speed of service has declined over the 2+ years I have been stuck using them. I used to be able to play online video games while watching Netflix. After a few months, I could no longer do both at once. Now, I can barely watch Netflix most days. I get faster internet while shopping at the local Wal-Mart.
