The equipment quality for both internet and television is top notch. The customer service however absolutely SUCKS. The telephone help is an endless circle to nowhere. The chat doesn't work. There are no email contacts. You can get more results writing letters to Santa Claus. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer access. If everything is working, you're in good shape. Horrible example of customer service from beginning to end. No billing information for 60 days. After numerous visits to the office for payment and no records or invoices could be found. I received a bill for close to $500. This is how customers are treated for a service to be provided with hard earned dollars. It's despicable, conniving, and in no way how to treat the elderly. Find a different provider, stream, get rabbit ears! Do yourself and everyone you care about a favor and DO NOT use this company! No zero star option??? read more

I recently had internet installed at my residence. I received my first bill one (1) day before it was due. When I called the number on the bill, I got somewhere around ten minutes worth of advertisements; no actual interaction with the company. Questions like "Are you over 60?, If not hit the star button. Do you watch TV at least an hour a week; hit the start button. Do you use the internet? ...and so forth. An extremely poor way to treat customers. I finally did reach someone to no avail. No one would commit to rectifying the situation. Customers DO NOT have to accept this ongoing abuse. Call and complain (if you can ever get through). read more
