I complete the tests on a Friday, I ask the front desk, "If I come in on Monday, will he at least have the results of the one test that was completed in office." She states yes. I go into the office to go over the results of that one test the following Monday, in which I waited 90 minutes past my appointment time to see him for 2 minutes to tell me nothing is wrong. What made this situation even more worse is that while I was waiting to see him I hear him in the hall say, "Well I never looked over her test." I am upset that I waited that long, that he never looked over the results, that he spent little to no time with me and that she stated that he would look over it prior to my appt. I asked for a copy of the report while I was in office and Dr Malholtra said no, that I needed to wait. No reasoning as to why I could not get a copy of the report. To make matters worse, I call 2 weeks later as I have not heard anything for the second test, they tell me I need to come in to get the results and pay another copay. I say "well if nothing is wrong, I do not want to waste my time and another copay, I am assuming that if something was, he would and should have called me sooner." She states "Yeah, it's just a routine test." Needless to say, I do not recommend anyone to come here and Dr Malholtra and his staff should be ashamed of the poor quality care the have given me.

I booked my appointment online the night before during an available slot, and called in the morning right when they opened to confirm. The person on the phone asked if they could call me back to confirm if they could take me at that time so soon after they opened, and called back quickly with a yes. I was happy they could accommodate me. I got there and was told the person who would be doing my nails was heading in and would just be a bit late. I didn't mind at first as this gave me time to pick out my colors and soak my feet. The other woman checked in with me once or twice. 45 minutes in she said she'd help me herself if the other girl didn't show. She arrived an hour late in the end. I was upset but trying to be understanding as I know shit happens sometimes. And after all, I was getting a free Mani pedi (thanks, Mom!). I had been soaking my feet in hot water trying to mindlessly internet surf and ignore increasing frustration. Well, when I pulled my feet from the water they were red and itchy. Queue awkward questioning about why I didn't take my feet out while I was waiting. Didn't bother explaining that I was spacing out to ignore my anger at HER. They eventually calmed down after maybe 20 minutes, but I was really struggling to keep my composure at this point. We proceeded with the service, and the woman was nice enough about working around my skin's reaction. I figured we'd get back on track and all would be well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience continued to not meet my expectations. To start, during my pedicure, I was asked to plant my foot flat on a block that was as tall as my seat. I was in a dress and felt like I was exposing my lady bits and was very uncomfortable. Normally I'm used to sitting elevated above where the person working on my feet, but for whatever reason this place and the lady working on me was not set up for this. By the end my toes were painted ok, but I left with the skin on my heels looking as sad and worn as when I walked in. Sharing a picture so you can see what I mean. Maybe the woman was trying to be overly sensitive in regard to my skin, but the next day I'm honestly feeling like I did not get a full pedicure because of the dead skin still on my heels. For my manicure, I picked a bright red. Things were going ok until the thumb when things got messy and she struggled to clean it up. After spending time on it, she eventually said that she would just leave it because after I got home and washed my hands it would come right off. Maybe this is a thing? She assured me that it was and I should trust her... But my skin tends to be really absorbent... So after a few minutes I complained and she obliged me by redoing it. The last thing I wanted after all of this was to walk out unhappy. At this point I'd been there for maybe 3 hours already, which I was also unhappy about. In the end, it was just too messy for me. I took it off as soon as I got home, while fighting back tears and venting to my husband. She hadn't even cleaned under my finger nails! While I do think the woman taking care of me definitely put in effort, and the business tried to accommodate me, I don't think they did a good job of it. I honestly felt like they scrambled to try to get me in and it all went south from there mostly due to the woman servicing me... I just wanted to feel pampered during a small break from taking care of my two year old. It's an emotional thing certainly, but hey! I imagine that's something you should expect running this kind of business. Three other women got serviced while I was there by the other woman working, and seemed satisfied and quick. That just wasn't my experience. So I'd say, if you're thinking about going to this place for the first time, you're taking a chance at what you're going to get. I will not be back.
