Prior to this appointment, she never told me any rules. I have never done anything like this before so I brought my best friend/roommate with me for moral support. She opened the door and immediately started berating me for bringing my friend, saying I was "not normal" and "strange" multiple times for doing that. She said "I mean you're getting a brazilian, you really want her staring at your hoohah." She made me feel like I was weird when she was the one making it weird. I apologized multiple times and my friend said she would just go sit in the car, but she continued to make us feel so uncomfortable. She even said "I know I'm being harsh but if you really need her to sit and hold your hand that is not normal." After this experience I decided it would be better for me to leave as I did not feel comfortable doing something so vulnerable with her anymore. If you are going to get laser here make sure you do not bring anyone or you will be made to feel awful. Honestly I almost cried. Do not recommend.
