Soap was all over my truck and it didn't get rinsed which caused damage as it dried and I had to find another car wash to get the soap off. Don't waste your money on this place.

We were going on a short trip so I wanted to clean my car. We traveled the 20 miles to wash it in this car wash because it has attendants that "dry" your car and there is a free vacuum at your disposal. When we entered, there was an attendant trying to peddle their "special" of unlimited car washes for $19.99/month. We told them that we didn't live in Paintsville and it wouldn't benefit us. He helped us pay for our wash (I purchased the $17 hot wax, the most expensive wash they have). There were two cars ahead of me so it was a few minute wait but not long. The attendant motioned us into the wash. He didn't pre-treat the front, but did the back, which I thought was odd. This car wash has the brushes and used simonize wax. The tire treatment is applied in the wash, which was a new one on me. As we rolled out, we drove around the corner to be hand dried by attendants. One boy came over and gave my car (a Ford Edge) a lick and a promise with regards to drying. I needed to vacuum, so I pulled over to the "self serve" vacuums. I did like them, they were constantly on, but the tubes were almost not long enough to reach to the back seats. I would have had to turn the car around to vacuum the cargo area, so I opted out of that. As we checked out the outside of the car, I noticed that all of the bug juice was still on the front of the car, and most of the car was still wet. I walked over the the drying attendants and borrowed a couple of towels to finish their job. They wouldn't give me the microfiber towels that they "use" but handed me terrycloth towels, which was fine. We finished drying and vacuuming and returned the towels. As I started to back out to leave, I noticed that my brand new rear wiper blade was gone! I went back and informed the attendants that it came off in the care wash. They "attempted" to look for it but, of course, did not. I gave my name and phone number and asked the manager to call me (who happened to not be there at the moment). We went on to Walmart to shop. As we were checking out, the manager called me and said they found my wiper blade, so we went back and they installed it on the car. Now, I know things happen, and they don't have control over my wiper blade falling off, but other car washes tape them down, which would eliminate that problem. But they need to not act like they can do a half-assed job and people will still come back. They need to make sure your car is as clean as it can get and that if they are going to dry your car, they need to dry it properly. I just felt like were inconveniencing them by stopping by. Well, we probably won't be back.
