I'm guessing it was the manager, he had on a red and black outfit. He kept belittling and just treating the man working on my car like he was just stupid. I know the man was very embarrassed, because I even felt uncomfortable and felt bad for him. They made him clean my windows after I specifically asked him not to but I told him to go ahead so he didn't get into trouble and I also told him I am sorry for the way he was being treated the way they were treating him. When the young man walked out of the garage, not sure if he was taking lunch or where he went, but I heard them talking about him and laughing. I just felt very bad for him, and I think the manager and a couple more there were very degrading. Very Unprofessional Place!

Clean inside and out, drove great. AC wasn't working which wasn't mentioned so luckily I tried it out and brought it to their attention. It was worked into the paperwork and fixed later on. The salesman said it was a mechanics truck that worked there and he traded it in, I found out why later on. Truck was doing good and 3k miles later it was time for a oil change. While draining the oil it smelled like gasoline, 2 days after the oil change it sounded like the motor had fallen out the bottom. It was struggling but luckily was within 1/4 a mile of my home. I got home it was 4am so I just figured I'd look the next morning and see what was going on. Long story short I had the trucked checked by a mechanic, it had many issues within the motor. It had been doctored up to get by for awhile. I ended up trading it in and making them aware of the issues it had going on. Keep driving your wallet and transportation needs will thank you.

totally unhappy with the service department i have gone…read morethere for years this time i actually read my receipt and went in to question them about the charges. the sales person does not think the customer is always right he argued with me about the charges telling me i was wrong. it was the wording i say. he said he was right i say that they need to tell you what the charges are better. i had another shop owner look over my bill before i went there he said i was in the right to question the charges. i will never go back to mann toyota i will drive farther even if i have to pay more. they think that they can trick people with words. the money adds up. the fact that they are full of them selves like i said earlier i will never go back they owe me an apology i felt like they over charged me i hope that everyone goes somewhere else so it will change hands to a place that doesn't trick you hope that you have a good day
