Worst service ever . The car wash is terrible leaving scratches and marks on the body and colour . And the worst part is that when you tell them , they don't even accept it . The manager kept saying our service station won't do that . Why your service station is out of the world and you are living in denial ? If anyone goes to get their car washed make sure make a video and take pics and then enter the car wash and after check your car . They won't accept it but at least you will know that they are lying . read more

At least some of you received 15 minutes of time, we had one person for 10 mins. They don't tell you at the automated menu that the $24.00 extra you can choose (as I did) for washing the floor matts (not all of them) becomes part of the one persons 15 mins (which was exactly 10). I will post the pics of inside the car (on other sites) after the one person spent 10 minutes for over $70. Don't choose any extras as it will be added to the one persons duties. A scam if ever there was one. The play is easy to understand, do a crappy job and make you want to use the full service bay side for $300 plus. Which I was going to do before Christmas if this provided good value. It does not. Also did the 16.99 triple ineffective wash. Another waste as gas station washes are better for less, and that's not setting the bar high at all. read more

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Deserves -500 rating and some new employees who aren't racist. Disgusted by the people working here and that exist in this world. The manager Craig called my husband the N word after withholding our car for an hour because we were 5 minutes late. Nick threatened my husband that if he did not arrive in 30 seconds they would leave and not give us our car. Tara is extremely rude - advised she wouldn't let us pay and give us our car because my husband arrived 5 minutes late after calling them to advise of this. Imagine paying for a service at a business and being told you have 30 seconds to get there because you're running a few minutes late. Imagine a company unlawfully keeping your car when you are begging to pay your balance so you can go home to your family after a busy work day. Imagine having the police called on you because you're a black man trying to pay your balance. Now imagine being called the N word after you finally receive your car after an hour. The only reason we received our car back is because I, a white woman, had to leave work early as I was the more comfortable choice for the RACIST AND BIGOTED SCUM running the place. If this is the type of service you're looking for then go to Suds. If you want to be treated with respect and like a human being go somewhere else like MORRIS CAR WASH. Before the Generic reviews and random 5 stars start popping up, here's my story: My experience at Suds Car Wash was incredibly disappointing and disturbing. The behavior of the staff left me appalled and shocked. It was evident that they were under the influence of some substance, given their erratic and nonsensical actions. Considering the crack epidemic in Cambridge, it's not difficult to guess what might have influenced their behavior. I interacted with CRAIG and Aly/Alyssa, who seemed to be riding the privilege train, oblivious to the fact that their ancestors' wealth does not make them superior. It's ironic that they make a living by cleaning cars, yet their attitude towards customers was despicable. To make matters worse, they attempted to withhold my car and threatened that I wouldn't be able to pick it up unless I arrived within an unreasonable 30-second timeframe. Fortunately, I had recorded and documented the entire incident, including time stamps, exposing their foolish actions. When I demanded my vehicle rightfully, they resorted to calling the police, falsely accusing me of trespassing. It's laughable how they tried to manipulate the situation, but thankfully, I am law-abiding and was willing to wait. Interestingly, CRAIG and his colleagues seemed to feel threatened and scared after a mere two seconds of conversation. Can you guess why? It's clear that their behavior was racially motivated, as I am a black man. As a responsible member of society, I sought assistance from my connections in high positions, who directly contacted the police dispatch while Suds Car Wash was on the phone with them. However, it was a futile exercise, as no help was forthcoming. We eventually requested the release of the car, on the condition that it be handed over to my wife, who happens to be a white woman. This incident clearly exposed the deep-rooted racial biases of the staff. The entire ordeal turned into a waiting game, with the fully staffed Suds Car Wash employees hiding out in the back, reminiscent of a bank robbery. Eventually, after an hour we had our vehicle and got to drive out of there, only to have some bald individual, presumably Nick due to his behavior, resort to using a racial slur to express his frustration (The N word). It's disheartening to witness such bigotry from someone who should know better. The fact that he promptly closed the door and fled after his derogatory remarks speaks volumes about his character. I sincerely hope that individuals like him do not have children, as their influence could perpetuate such ignorance. The detailing service provided was subpar, falling far below expectations. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid Suds Car Wash. This establishment deserves a negative rating of -10 stars. I have pictures, videos, voice proof of the whole situation. One star is even too much for this disgusting establishment. My mother in law came in for an interior clean (15 mins) and not only did they do a HORRIBLE job, and i mean HORRID. The "man" if i can even call him that- verbally abused her and made her feel threatened. He ( Craig) would not allow her to close her car down (literally stuck his leg in the door preventing it from closing) continued to verbally attack her- she was so scared she locked herself in the vehicle. The company said "it was extremely out of character" of him which is no excuse. You do not treat your PAYING CUSTOMERS like absolute garbage & scare them to the point of locking themselves in their vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour for an adult. We paid $70 for a wash and interior detailing. The detailing consisted of a quick wipe with a dry cloth on the dashboard. Our vehicle was still dirty when they told us that it was done. When we talked to the general manager we were told what we paid for was 15 minutes of their time and that was all they could do in 15 minutes. Poor service, poor customer care all at a high price. Great car wash experience for as little or as much as you want. The base exterior washes are a decent price. Loved the full brush wash to get all of the bugs off after a long trip. The best part of it is the self-serve cleaning options for after. Make sure you book yourself some time after the wash to use the $3 self-serve professional cleaning area. Professional grade equipment, micro fibre cloths, mat cleaners, tire detailing equipment, and vacuums galore. If you want, you can get the full service where they do it for you, but the extra cost didn't seem worth it for the time I was there, as the interior wasn't too bad. We just used the mat cleaners, tire washing, quick vacuum and wipe-down of the interior surfaces. Also, if you need, keep your receipt because you can get a re-wash within 72 hours. I would have given it a 5 star, but there wasn't a lot of direction on the tire detailing service I paid for. I found out after we went through the self-serve area that for this, we would have to go through the full detailing section, and by that point we had already done it ourselves. Overall, can't complain - I just wish there was one of these much closer to home for us! read more

Well here goes, Suds is not responding to my complaint...I always went to this facility when I wanted a complete carwash and interior. This time (September 02, 2021) I had taken my 2001 Firebird in excellent shape, paid $61 for a complete cleaning, not worth the $61. I understood that I was getting a special but did not and could not speak to any live person at the machine. Secondly their wash broke my new power antenna, which is going to cost me cash again out of my pocket. Bottom line, be careful taking older vehicles to this facility, even after a complaint I have not received any response. read more

Waited over an hour with little line ups to have my truck washed exterior and interior. the interior team was did a horrible job cleaning and drying my vehicle. when i got in after waiting 1 hour and 15 min, they missed wiping and cleaning my dash it was very obvious, i had a senior employee look and he agreed it was missed, not sure how, they had it for so long, he ended up wiping it. when i got home, there was white soap spots all over my hood, fender, windshield etc. so they did not even dry my vehicle properly, i had to rewash and wipe down my vehicle. NEVER AGAIN!! the staff seemed friendly but lazy as my truck was really half clean, no sense of urgency with short lines at that, noticed new scratched on my truck as well, NOT RECOMMENDED !!! better off hiring a professional, or do it yourself. I have only been here for an oil change and car wash, although they offer interior/exterior detailing as well. Prices are fair, attendants are really nice. Oil change is quick and easy. Car wash actually gets your car clean... If not, most wash packages have a free rewash for the same vehicle within 2 days (ticket has your plate # do you cant try to wash another vehicle). Will be back in the spring to have the interior cleaned. read more

Great place to get an oil change! The staff are friendly and clear. They do try to replace your air filter almost every time:( I like the lounge, comfy coaches and chairs. Places to get some work done or read. I also like the free car wash with oil change; nice touch. It's great to be able to see the team working on your car too! The open windows on either side are great! My only suggestion; the lady at the check-out could act less like a robot. read more

Would recommend this place for sure. The lady at the front was quite a robot as the other reveiw said, I had another word for her but will not repeat it. Had my car completely detailed, was not up to my satisfaction and I recieved a complete refund. I also had an oil change, was quick and done with a smile. Was very pleased with the service, even though the detail was not done to my satisfaction, the supervisor did a great job in making me feel as if I would want to come back again.
