There is no one on duty, no sink to wash your hands, a horrific smell of urine, and the machines do not work well. Very sad.

Great location unfortunately that's about it. For a small town, so to speak, it's large enough but it's DIRTY. Even when you open a machine door the door hinge's are disgustingly dirty and some of the washers smelled badly of mildew. It would take much to clean this business up and sanitize the equipment. They could really make it great with more effort. It made me sad. read more

Parking spots are tight and you might need to walk a little bit. Operating hours are great; 6am-10pm daily with last cycle at 9pm. There is a good amount of machines. Went on a Sunday Afternoon and was able to get a machine with no problem. Price is a little high though. $3.75 for the smaller "2 load" machine or $7 for the "4 load" machine. $0.25 per 5 minutes of dry time. Clothes came out decently clean, still had some dog hair on them though... but it is hard to get the dog hair out of clothes anyways. I used the small machine which took 26 minutes and was able to fit a tall bins worth of clothing, then used the dryer for 20 minutes which got my clothes fully dry. All in all, I spent $4.75 to wash a tall bin worth of clothing (1 weeks worth for 2 people). Very small space and only 2 chairs, probably could fit 2-4 more chairs but that's it. Cleanliness isn't the best, but it is not attended so I'd assume the owner cleans when they close up. I appreciate the fact that it is operating and has great hours seeing as how it is the only laundromat around. Definitely saved the day since our plumbing is having issues! read more

Good little laundromat. There's a machine to get change and 2 sizes of washers. I was expecting to do 3 small loads but got it all into one large washer. You can select extra wash or extra rinse on the washers for an extra 25 cents each. For the dryers is 25 cents for 5 minutes. read more

Reasonable price, machines have extra rinse available and open early. Wish they had credit card machines so you're not feeding endless quarters, but that's not a huge deal. read more

When your dryer dies at 11pm, you must hit the laundromat the next am. It smelled literally like death in here. It could be so nice if someone would simply clean the place. Disgusting and if my drier dies again - I will NOT come here. read more

For a laundry mat in Issaquah, the price is actually the rug where you would expect it to be a little on the high-end. Other than that this place was clean when I was there, and was getting clean towards the end of the night by one of the workers. So after the detergent dispensers have dispensed all the tide or whatever you buy, they stop dispensing them and start robbing you. Nice trick by management to steal your money. I taped a note on the dispenser so that others won't fall victim. read more

Place is never cleaned full of garbage, dog hair and other disgusting things. Leaks on sealing and dirty machines (hair, dust, etc) It appears that as this is the only laundromat in the area owner think he can charge higher and don't need to do nothing for customers!!!! Dryer at my work is broken, we were in a pinch and saw this was down the road so we decided to give it a try. Parking was a pain for a Saturday. Had to walk really far with baskets full of laundry. Other than that. Place was clean and efficient. Was able to get in and out way faster than other laundromats. Make sure you bring your own detergent. The detergent vending machine ate $3.00 before I gave up and decided to walk to the dollar store to pick some up. Overall clean. Just like any other laundromat I've been to. read more

Washing machines and driers are large, current cost is $5.50 per washing load (lasts 34 min) and $0.25 for each 6 minute increments of drier time. Super dirty - hair/dust bunnies everywhere along with used dryer sheets ... But because there are so few coin laundromats on the Eastside it was good to know its there and open decent hours! In a pinch, like having your dryer break, it will serve its purpose. read more

I came here on March 2016. There was no big TV screens, coffee etc. Nothing fancy. No dirt around. But thee was good machines, coin exchange machine and option to buy laundry detergent. It was what I expected - getting job done. I brought big blanket (dry cleaning ask $70 to take care about it) and I washed it for $7 Nice! Thank you, Suds Shop Laundromat owner! read more

If there were a way to give zero stars that's what I would give this place. Disgustingly filthy with trash on the floor, on top of the machines and flowing out of the trashcan. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a month with caked on mud, footprints, cigarette butts, dryer sheets, lint, leaves and God knows what else. Overall it was a health hazard and I will never go back. Sad. Last time I went there a few years ago, the place was pretty immaculate now, it's as if nobody gives a damn. read more

I brought in a comforter that I felt was too big for my home washer. The place was run down and dirty. Large washer was $5.50 for a 30 minute cycle. After about 25 minutes the machine said it was done. The water smelled bad. Dryers are 25 cents for 6 minutes so I put in $2.00 for 48 minutes. I left to get a soda nearby and came back in less than 30 minutes and the dryer had stopped. I added 50 cents for 12 more minutes and timed it this time. After 7 minutes, the dryer said it was done. What a total rip off! I actually drove all the way to Redmond to wash It all again! read more
