I tried to book a cleaning within two hours on a Sunday afternoon. They called me promptly and asked if it were okay if they came the following day, which I agreed. I appreciate the great communication. I did rebook it again and had to pay online again, and I figured I would just talk to them about refunding the second booking. When Kewin came over, we decided we wanted our other van (which was primarily the van that chauffeured our dogs around) to be cleaned and asked if the 2nd payment can go towards the van instead. Kewin spoke to his boss, and they agreed. Let me tell you - Kewin was there for HOURS. Basically, it's almost the whole day. He was meticulous and cleaned every nook and cranny of both the SUV and the van. I was very impressed and I recommended it to my family who also got their cars cleaned within that week. Our neighbors who saw Kewin hard at work were also impressed and I hope they booked their cleanings too!

This past Friday, they came to our home in Deerfield Beach and washed two SUVs. Only after they finished did they mention an added $10 trip fee, per vehicle. This was very unprofessional and should've been disclosed prior to booking. Nonetheless, I booked an appointment on Saturday for my car, only to have the scheduled time pass with no explanation on their end. I rescheduled twice for that day, with no one coming. I then tried again for Sunday, relying on their AI text bot, which proved to be completely worthless. I finally got a response from an actual human, who told me that our location was out of their service area. I reminded him that they were just here two days prior, and asked why their website would allow me to book at a ZIP Code that was out of their service area, which was blamed on their current website design. There are plenty of other Car Wash services that are significantly more reliable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was also glad to see all the 5-star reviews, so I took the plunge. Avol came to my house in Lighthouse Pt yesterday and spent FOUR HOURS cleaning my 2018 Porsche Macan to beyond perfection. First off, he spent several minutes sharing his philosophy on auto detailing, what he does, what to expect, and through that education, made me comfortable with the process. Then he got to work. In the burning sun he washed, sprayed, rubbed down, polished and cleaned every surface area INSIDE and OUT. From trunk (yes, even under the spare tire area!) all the way up to the the headlights, that car was treated with tender, loving care. The disk brakes were screaming red like a fire hydrant, the interior leather supple, soft and spotless, the exterior blue paint sparkling like a Christmas ornament. I literally stood outside and gaped at the result. Avol assured me that if I had any issues to just call. Well, I couldn't think of a ONE, and the best was yet to come. My dear husband returned at dawn from a long trip to Antarctica, and he was exhausted. I wanted the car detailing to be a special Valentine's Day present, so I didn't even tell him I'd done this. He went out to the garage to get something and moments later came in to say: "All I can say is WOW!!! I have never seen that car so clean!" LOL! That was having seen it under the dim, interior garage light. That car is so clean I feel like I should wear bedroom slippers driving it. Main thing is, I'm SO glad I found Mobile Detailers in my area, and will definitely be a regular customer going forward.
