The so called owner, Damion, likes to get aggressive with women. I arrived at the car wash shortly after they opened and waited outside in the designated area. He became rude because my key was not placed on the check-in stand, even though there was no staff present at the time to hand it to. Two other women who were having their cars washed witnessed the interaction and were clearly disturbed by his behavior. I would not recommend this business. read more

recently visited Krypton Carwash, and unfortunately, it was a letdown from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted with little to no customer service -- the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping. The wash itself was rushed, with missed spots all over the car. The exterior still had visible dirt and streaks, and the interior wasn't fully vacuumed, leaving crumbs and dust behind. To make matters worse, the drying process was sloppy, and my car ended up with water spots all over it. I tried reaching out to the owner Damion Brown to address the issues, but I received no response. For the price, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options out there. read more

This place is the GHETTO in every sense of the word. The people that work there (lacking customer service skills) and the "guy in charge" are HORRIBLE!! you have been warned. I found them on groupon and I went there one Sunday in October 2025; waited 30 minutes only to be told when it was my turn for my car that they could not take my groupon without an appointment. AN APPT NEEDED FOR A CAR WASH/DETAILING! The guy damion brown wanted me to pay upfront and once I pulled out the Groupon Voucher his whole face changed; he said that they don't accept Groupon without an appointment. K fine, he shows me the email address to reach him to set the appointment date and time. I went home and have emailed them four times or more for an appointment and no one replies to my emails. Then I took a chance again this weekend only to be told that "the guy in charge" is not available and he is the one that is responsible to reply to the emails and only he can waive the appointment requirement. Requesting refund from Groupon ASAP and sending them the emails proof of my attempts to make an appt. Seems they want to use Groupon to advertise but do not want to redeem the groupon vouchers. Lack of communication and customer service and there are too many car wash place down here for all that!!! read more

To Management - As a repeat customer of this car wash, I was disappointed to find that they have Groupon coupons available, which I purchased. However, my experience with the owner, who may be Damian Brown, has been unsatisfactory. After emailing to schedule an appointment and receiving a suggested day, I confirmed, but he never responded. When I visited on the scheduled day, he still refused to honor the coupon. I will be contacting Groupon to report this issue and will no longer be supporting this business. Additionally, I had a previous issue where they forgot to return my floor mats after detailing my car. Got all the way home and had to go back, as they had only put the paper floor mats in my car. Did I go back with an attitude, no. Did I receive compensation, no. Its always your own people. read more

Convenient, fast, efficient, and good price! Located on the the southwest corner of 69th Avenue and Pembroke Road, Krypton is easily located in a plaza with a BP gas station and some other smaller businesses. I've come to this location so many times I can't keep count. If the sun is out (as it usually is in South Florida), you will see them there washing, vacuuming, buffing, waxing, etc. The staff work pretty quickly but they make sure the job is well done. If you have special spot that needs some attention they are very accomodating and if you need to request they come to you they have a fleet of vans that can also provide that service if you contact them in advance. Stop by the next time you're driving by and get your vehicle cleaned! read more

I was told my SUV would take 3 hours to wash and every time I get a wash by this company I always end up having to wipe or clean something in their face now every time I need a wash I'll need to travel further from home. The guys at Krypton are super efficient and definitely have their system of doing things to keep the cars moving through and leaving sparkling. It's only $12 for a wash and interior vacuuming for my midsize SUV. Their waiting area is outdoors but with fans, TVs, and outlets so your only real enemy is the bugs. And since it's located at a gas station, I usually buy a drink to sip on while I wait for my car. They weren't busy when I went so I was in and out in a very short period. The quality of service did not suffer from such a speedy job. I found this place on Groupon which offered a great deal of 3 washes (inside and out) for $30 for an SUV or truck. The original price without the Groupon is $15 for inside and out which is already an amazing deal even without the Groupon! I take my boyfriend's Jeep here because its now the only place he'll allow to clean his "precious baby". This place takes their time and puts in great work but all still in a timely manner. They really get in all the places you never even knew existed. They dont take short cuts like most places and they don't rush through their work and it truly shows. Hound did a great job with the car today and I drove off the lot with the car gleaming! Its truly blinding how shiny he got this thing! The owner, Brittany, is super sweet and accommodating. She makes you feel like you've been friends for years; she truly has great customer service skills and you can tell she takes pride in her business which I love to see in a place I spend my money at. The inside lounge/office was just newly redone and looks very nice. The lounge has a couple very comfy leather couches with two big flat screen tv's to keep you entertained while they clean the cars. Every encounter I've had at this business has been 10/10. I've been treated respectfully and politely every time. He definitely takes pride in his establishment and that's evident in the way he interacts with you. Aside from customer service, the next big area to evaluate is the actual service you're paying for. Again, I have to give this place 10/10. YES, you will have to wait and sometimes for a long time but that's because they give TIME to cleaning your car. Nothing is more irritating at a car wash than paying $20+ for a 5 minute job I could have done myself -- this place is NOT like this.
