I actually like this location. It's a great size and depending on what time you go it's usually not awfully crowded. Sometimes there's kids running around but I have 3 kids so I get it (luckily for me I have the option of not bringing mine). NEVER go here to do laundry, even if you live on the same block like I do. We've had multiple issues here over the years, but, I've never been pissed off enough to write a review about ... until tonight. So, let's get into it. I went here tonight at 8 PM to do one quick load before they closed at 10 PM. I figured 30-45 minutes to wash, 30-45 minutes to dry, even if I spent another 30 there folding, I'd still be out of there by the time they closed at 10 PM. When I walked in, the ladies yelled at me, "We're closed!" It's 8 PM. I said, "I thought you all closed at 10 PM?" to which one of the ladies said, "We're closed!" I said, "What time do you close?" and she said, "10 PM." I said, "It's 8 o'clock. I'll be done and out the door by 10." She said, "Last wash was at 7:30." If that's true, you need to post that somewhere. If you say EVERYWHERE that you close at 10 PM, close at 10 PM. I come here all the time because I live so close. Never again. Before this happened, Sudzy was already the WORST laundromat in a 10 block radius, now, let's get into why. You'd think that such a HUGE place with SO MANY washers and dryers would have an abundance of availability, even on a busy day. Haha ... no. At any given day of the week, roughly HALF of the washers and dryers are out of order. To make that situation even worse, a fair amount of times, the broken machines aren't even labeled as broken. Do you know how painful it is to put ALL of your clothes into a washing machine, put all of your detergent and such inside of the machine, and then when you go to pay and start the cycle ... NOPE! So, it's pretty pointless to have such a huge space with so many machines if half of them don't work. Literally, if you walk in there right now (as I'm writing this, they're still open for another hour and a half) there are signs on seriously HALF of the washers and dryers right now. And, if the washing part of your day wasn't a horrible enough experience, let's get into the drying part. The lint filters in this place are NEVER cleaned out. If I had to place money on it, I'd say that they are MAYBE cleaned out once a day at the end of the night and never again. What brings me to this conclusion you might ask? Because my clothes are NEVER above Luke warm when I take them out, even on the highest temperature. AND, the drying cycle takes twice as long as any other laundromat in the neighborhood. So, you're just pouring money into these dryers to get your clothes dry for no reason other than laziness and unprofessionalism. For the price and the experience, you're MUCH better off going American Laundromat or Sunny Day Laundromat (both on Danforth). And, like I said, I live on the block. Do I want to walk FURTHER to another laundromat? Absolutely not. But, it's worth it to save the money and headaches. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for years and always had good experiences, but the service has gone downhill this past year. My king size comforters were returned extremely damp and stuffed into plastic bags. And on more than one occasion, simple food stains were left on school uniforms, and whites smelled like bleach but still didn't look properly cleaned. To make matters worse, I picked up my laundry a week late and was charged a $20 storage fee. However, the fee I understand, but folded and packed up damp clothes...Very disappointed! read more

Worst place to do laundry. People leave their clothes in the washers and dryers when they are done. I have confronted three employees about this issue because I could not find a washer to use among many other people who were waiting too, and they told me to just wait. It is suppose to be their job to remove unattended clothes if need be and they did not do that for me. I ended up spending almost 60 dollars for the drop off service because that really got me annoyed. I am just going to start doing my laundry somewhere else. read more

I have no complaints in regards to staff nor the facility within itself. The only issues that would ever occur is from the people of the community and that's rare. Occasionally there may be someone attempting to sale goods. read more

Laundromat is clean but employees are rude and disrespectful needs better customer service

This has to be the cleanest laundromat among all the Oranges. The ladies clean this place thoroughly.

Great place to do laundry, employees trained well and wash and fold excellent. Recommended highly.

Sudzy machines, size of establishment, and convince are great. The staffs lack of compassion to theft is horrible. My 17 year old son's belongings were just stolen out the drier. Materialistic things can be replaced , but at least pretend that you care about the customers. read more

The laundromat is very convenient and spacious. Has lots of huge machines and many dryers. The only downfall is that you have to purchase a card for the machines to wash and use the cardd for the vending machine as well if you want to buy snacks.. Today was not a good day because the card was reading error on the dryers. I was there like a good 15 min trying to get it to work. Luckily the staff was curtious enough to put the card the laundromat uses and i didn't have to buy a new card today. Happy Sunday. read more

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. Very overpriced, I was charged $7 dollars to withdraw money from the atm. Staff did not tend to their customers. A card based system is used to use all washers and dryers. Explained to employees that the washer charged me twice to use it but they simply said no and walked away. Did not try to assist me or refund me in any way. This is the first and last time coming to this laundromat. read more

This place doesnt event deserve a 1 star. I wish there was a big red X mark instead to rate this or a sign or a rating that says this place needs to shut down!!! HORRIBLE LAUNDROMAT!!! i availed the wash and fold service and they mixed my clothes with someone else's bag! will never return to this place ever again. Way overpriced for very unreliable service!!! it was terrible. they dont deserve to be operating! i spoke with the owner or whoever that rude woman was on the phone and did not even offer an apology. The attendant who couldnt even speak english was not helpful at all. It did cost me a lot of money and they didnt even say sorry for their mistake. Spent some time there searching for my clothes from someone else's and it was such a hassle and they couldnt even talk to me properly to help me out. Very very unprofessional!!! this business is ripping off customers with poor service, poor attitude, and they dont even care. Never agaaaaain! read more
