I'm a nurse at an accountable care organization and work with lots of primary care providers in CT and MA. She is truly among the best. Josephine is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and proactive. If you have a chronic problem they just push you off to specialists who are fully booked. There's no more personal care here and actually seeing a Doctor is a pipe dream. The practice places income over care imo. They have a current lawsuit in place for not treating a patient properly according to Google. This is business only now it seems. Dr. Fanti has been my dad's primary care doctor for at least five years and before Dr. Fanti came on to the practice, Dr. Egelhofer was his doctor. They've both been great and so has the entire practice. They are extremely patient with my dad and me, his caretaker, and always get back to us with answers to any questions we have. Dad also appreciates the extra service they have where someone checks in with him via telephone once a month to see how he's doing and then reports to Dr. Fanti. Dad feels very well taken care of and I agree with that assessment. Good folks, great service.

I am grateful for his holistic approach to me as a person, and to my condition and symptoms. I was also impressed with his office medical assistant, Tina, who was kind, professional and attentive, on a busy day. You will be in good hands with this rheumatologist, who looks at the big picture, but keeps the patient's own feelings and intuitions as an important component of his diagnosis.

The reason people complain about being in the office so long is because he is do busy with do many patients every day. If he wasn't such a fantastic doctor, he wouldn't be so busy. And Lisa is only one person. She not only takes patients to the rooms and does their vitals. She also takes calls, sets you for a follow up and alot of other things in the office. This man REALLY wants you to have a healthy life. I have never waited more than 10 minutes upon arrival for my appointment. His staff have been him for years. When is the last time you went to a doctor and saw the same support staff that knows you by name. Not sure if he is taking new patients, but I am proud to say I am under his care.
