If Bay State drops the ball, they don't seem to care. Caring health is a smaller organization who's leadership is involved and seems to actually care about our experience. Every organization has shortcomings. The difference is caring. Health is proactively addressing their procedures on an ongoing basis to keep in line with ever-changing guidances from various government entities.

Dr Kana is excellent. Dr Bruno is one of the best I've ever visited. She is more focused on patient dental health, and makes suggestions about how to SAVE your teeth, not just yank them and stick dentures in there. (Like SOME local dental practices around here, who are a lot more focused on opening as many offices as possible to make mega money for the practice, and couldn't care LESS about their patients. Looking at *you* BS Dental.) The office staff is excellent. They are professional, courteous and organised. They treat you with respect. I'm on the list for a Primary Care physician, like everywhere around here, there are more people who need Primary Care than there are Primary Care Physicians, but I know that when I get someone, they'll be of the same pro-patient mindset that the Dental department is.
