Starting with them messing up the paperwork on a business checking account for me causing months of problems I had to go to a different location to get it fixed. To the constant lack of Customer Service friendliness helpfulness every staff member there has a negative attitude and is an absolute headache to deal with. This is the worst bank, the worst location the worst branch I have ever dealt with and to be completely honest it is literally the closest bank to me and I am shopping around for new banks to drive out of my way to not go to Td Bank. Do not join Td Bank do not go to the West Babylon location if you are a member. They are horrible. I just left making a deposit in the drive-through and the girl behind the counter made me claim why I deposited an amount under the necessary claiming amount and then didn't say bye thank you. So my sister and I went there on a Thursday to open a trust because my parents are selling their house. We met with Shawn, showed him our IDs, all the trust paperwork, everything needed to open it. We were told the "back office" needed to approve it. Ok. Weds my sister called and went in to finalize this. We couldn't complete the paperwork because both of us were not there. She signed and I told her to sign for me. They called later and said I needed to come in in person. I fly up from florida, go to sign, and they said BOTH of us need to be there in person to sign at the same time. Not even notarized. The woman wouldn't email my attorney sister the form to fill out ahead of time because it had to be "the original copy" I was also told that when we come in and sign (Friday afternoon) it could take an additional 3 business days for the "back office" (whoever they are) to approve. two grown ass adults, 800+ credit scores, depositing large sum of cash, borrowing absolutely nothing. they made it as difficult as possible. If you don't want the business just say so, but don't mess with people's time. We called Bank of America in Bayshore, went in and had the whole thing open and funded in 55 minutes. Completely incompetent Chase.

She said yes it's policy. (I rarely get asked for id) I said ok and went to my car for id. She then says said you don't need id and didn't even glance at it. Ok. Next time I go back same thing she asks me for id. I said you must be kidding. I took my slip and went 3 minutes east to West Babylon chase. Lovely Muslim woman took deposit no problem. I don't think people are depositing cash into others commercial accounts illegally. Most chase banks require exact amount for deposits and do not give change, very unusual for a bank I think. Go to West Babylon chase and avoid Babylon.

We opened up a heloc when it was still Bethpage. One of the main reasons we did so through them is because we have our mortgage through them and checking savings. We loved the ease of access to take from heloc and add to our checking right through the mobile app. Easy peasy. Well once we heard it was changing names that's what we were told, only the name is changing nothing else. Everything you do now will stay the same. Okay great. So once the app updated I noticed that line of credit the heloc disappeared off the app... I know this because I needed to transfer money from heloc to pay something online. Where did it go! Well it was given to a third party like the mortgage was. Wtf? So now I went to the brand and said do you have the green checks we gave you? I said not that I noticed why would I need a check? Ohh well you said now you need to fill it out how much you want, write it out to yourself and then wait some odd amount of days to have it clear and become available.... I'm sorry what??? So basically after talking to many people at the bank, it seems they won't change their Jurassic period ways. I want to move all my accounts but since my interest rate is good with them that the only thing I'll be keeping with FourLeaf is the mortgage. Found a good and even better rate at another credit union. So I will be closing my checking savings and heloc at FourLeaf and taking my business elsewhere where all the things I need to do can be easily transferred between account across my mobile app Without having to write a check to myself and waiting days for it to be available. It's my own line of credit for goodness sake! Bye bye FourLeaf, your rebranding sucks! Oh now I can do 1k whoop di do... still doesn't solve the problem, I don't want to have to visit a branch, or call and wait for god knows how long. It's needs to be available via the app. We are still going to another bank.

The people in the bank have been nice and attempt to help but whoever redesigned this banking…read moresystem with all the online hiccups needs to go. 3 months ago, we attempted to wire money to open an account elsewhere. Despite acknowledging via text and email that it was a verified transfer, they cancelled it. Then, THEY CLOSED activity on the account so everything BOUNCED without anyone advising us. We straightened all that out. It took over an hour. Last month, we applied for a credit card. Since we don't have cell phone and online service, we did it at the bank with the rep that knows us. She scanned our ID's and did all the work on her computer. We signed on the screen and received the card. We tried to activate it. DIDN'T work! Called today - 40 minutes on phone, mostly on hold, being told we need to send our ID's to verify the account. They don't have any of the stuff that was done in the bank. Really?? You sent us the card!! This bank wants the money from senior citizens who like to save but doesn't have any method of dealing with the tech free customer. I'm using my daughter's device for the complaint but I do personal banking in person and my phone is a landline. Capital One, if you want me to leave, I will. I picked you because you were local.
