Lots of traffic control but it seemed easy enough to negotiate without being cornered. The condition of the lot is good and there seemed to be plenty of street lighting available. For years I've been checking into Red Mill Commons, but this shopping center, although beside it, it actually separate from them. Red Mill Walk is off of Upton Drive, which is off of Nimmo Parkway in the Red Mill area of Virginia Beach. It is the home of Target, Homegoods, Office Max, NFCU, ChowBoy Cantina, Flip Flops, Burger King, Back Bay Gourmet, Once Upon a Child, AT&T, 17th Street, Leslie's Pools, SuperCuts, Pearl Vision, Cycle Bar, a pizza place, nail place, and new additions - The Dry House and Brooklyn Bagels. Each sandwich has something like 2 pounds of meat on them. Lolly's, as mentioned, recently opened their second VAB shop in this plaza with an adorable little shop full of their goodies and a very friendly staff who are always happy to help, let you sample, and joke around. They change their flavors often so it's always a fun surprise to see what the new creations are. There is a Golf Galaxy store and a few other hobby stores inside this plaza and it's super easy to get to from the interstate and Town Center with loads of parking and about 4 entrances, one on each end with a stoplight so you can easily get out and go whichever direction you need. It's well maintained and the parking lot is free of huge potholes (important) and tons of trash. Storefronts are well-kept and signage is good. All in all, a win.

Not a lot of chain locations but smaller businesses who depend on Yelpers such as yourself to help spread the word and to keep the doors open in difficult times.
