I thought the therapist had really good technique but the overwhelmingly loud music (something called tribal beat) made really relaxing very difficult, and that was without my hearing aids. People were all professional, friendly and very nice. I guess my issue was mostly a cost/value issue. I thought the prices were really high. Both of our treatments were holiday gifts. I think my daughter would go back but I just can't justify it. Guess it just comes down to what you are used to paying.

They were fantastic. Even though this was a bare basic wash, they treated me like a queen. I felt so special and spoiled. I almost completely forgot about my health situation. The braids were wonderful too. They were the right amount of tight, beautiful, and they lasted for a very long time. This was a huge blessing-more than Bella Salon and their staff will ever know.
