The hot tubs are nice. There are a few hot tubs in the pool area filled with light sulfur hot…read morespring water all about 3.09 ft deep. Maintenance staff come by every so often to check the temperature of the baths. There are thermostats in the baths to show how hot it is, or you can just dip your hand or toes in to check. Swim suit is mandatory. One of the baths has disability seating. It's a chair that can be lowered into the bath with a seat belt. I've never seen that before, but it's a nice feature. The baths are outdoors, so it's very sunny. If you forgot to bring your sunscreen, the gift shop sells it. It's $55 for a day pass per person, I feel is a bit pricy considering we are staying at the deluxe cabin. But if you choose to use their spa services, I think there is a discount to use the baths or it's included in the spa services price of $90 or up. The baths are clean, the lockers are nice. There are showers, restrooms, and a sauna inside in the spa building. They give you one clean towel and locker keys if needed. There is calm spa music playing all the time in the shower/sauna/bath area. There is also a bar there, but you'll have to go out of your way to get a drink, because they don't want you drinking in the pools I guess... Had a great time at the pools. Very family friendly. Remember to bring your own sunscreen and flip flops!

Wonderful, relaxing experience. Can't wait to visit again!read more

I give up on this place! I was looking for a new clinic, I…read morecurrently go to Ageless Men's Health, and a friend of mine recommended this place and praises it. I was excited to try this place based on her recommendation and their reviews. I have tried now SIX times to make an appointment and can't get in! I tried three times to use their on-line chat service by filling out a generic form and waited to be contacted as was told by their automatic reply. Nothing!! I tried texting and again no response! I finally just called and after being put on hold for a few minutes, finally spoke to someone. She said I would need labs done first. I told her my labs were just done three weeks ago. She said I could send those along and Caleb would let me know if they were sufficient. The next day, I received an email with the lab paperwork. I immediately replied to the email sending along my blood work then waited. I waited two days and replied to the email again. It has now officially been a week and nothing! No call, no email, no text, NOTHING!! I give up on this place.

Communication with this office is non-existent at best. I truly believe the practice has taken on…read moreso many patients they can no longer keep up, simply because they are the cheapest option for hormone replacement therapy. When I first started with them many years ago they were informative, attentive, and easy to work with. Caleb has been "treating" my thyroid, but after two years since bloodwork I had to call and request they send me for labs...that was two months ago, ZERO follow up. I finally just requested the results thru a new DR. They dont auto update refills and You aren't allowed to call the office to request them. You can only use their online portal to request refills, but good luck finding it on their difficult to navigate website, with the constant chatbot pop-ups. Top this with the fact that you then HAVE to call them to remind them to check for your refill requests. I can go on for days, but these are the most frustrating aspects of this business. My advice, if you have the means, go to a more reputable location. This office is a SOLID example of you get what you pay for. It's amusing that my $50 mothly fee come out like clockwork, it is 100% the ONLY thing this office does consistently.
