I went on a Monday morning and didn't want to be adjusted lying down due to pain. I received a complimentary 8 minute deep tissue massage by one of the best in the business, Melissa, it hurt but felt good, I was adjusted sitting by Dr. Walker, I went again on Wednesday for the same and by the Friday appointment I was able to be adjusted lying down. Hands down the best experience I have had at a chiropractor office, five stars isn't enough for Melissa and Dr Walker Best I can say is Thank you!

I have family members…read morewho have had positive experience with the Chiropractor and one of the PT workers (younger male). Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience. The afternoon PT worker was more interested in pushing his MLM that helping me with my treatment. At one point he took my number, I assumed it was for appointments purposes. Odd because the front desk has my contact information. Turns out it was to send me a video to push a "miracle oil". I decided not to return and to elsewhere. Best thing I ever did. The new practice was wonderful. We did a number of exercises, gave me a workout plan for home, discussed what to look for with footwear and suggested adaptive equipment my insurance would cover. What a difference! I feel sad that people come for help and they are being pushed a product. People who need PT are vulnerable, often elderly or young kids on sports teams. They need help getting back to their normal activities. It wasn't professional or at all ethical.

I got an MRI and Xray and was told that I had bulging discs, degeneration and scoliosis (which I do have). Conico had already determined it would take 30 sessions of decompression for $5,325 to improve my back, which seems to be a package they give to everyone because it's on a prewritten care plan and is not adjusted to individual needs. They told me not only would this help my back, but it would cure my back ailments. I expressed that I would think about it and I called later that day to cancel my future appointment as I wanted a second opinion. The receptionist replied with "Thanks for the insult" and hung up on me! Instead of asking if there was anything they could do or if there was a reason I felt that way. It was completely rude and unprofessional and honestly proved to me that my first suspicions were correct. I have since gone to a 2nd opinion, who told me those decompression treatments would have worsened my condition as I also have arthritis. The 2nd opinion also told me the my best bet would be to go to physical therapy as there is no "cure". I absolutely will never go back here and I will never recommend them to anyone else.
