Well, today I saw on Facebook they had a fruit cup with chocolate and pistachio syrup. Okay, I'm down for that! Omg... it's amazing! The chocolate is so rich and creamy. Their strawberries and blueberries were just ripe and perfect. The little crunch pieces give it so much extra flavor too. It's a bit overwhelming and the pistachio flavor did get lost in the chocolate. The quality definitely reflects the price though. Now, would I come back and get this again knowing it's $13.99 for a small cup? I'm still debating that. Maybe every once in a while when I have a craving for some GOOD quality chocolate. The lady there was very sweet and she gave my son a chocolate square that had some crushed nuts in it. So much better than any milk chocolate I've had. She also mentioned they will be making chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day. As well as hot chocolate and a chocolate fountain coming soon. Bet those will be amazing also! I'll definitely go back sometime and try the crepes and a waffle wand.

We stopped in around 4:15 pm (Saturday) - maybe business had been better than expected, but they seemed to be out of everything. No milkshakes, no peach ice cream or sea salt caramel ice cream or several other flavors that I don't even remember. My husband went ahead & ordered 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream in a waffle cone. I didn't get anything because they didn't have the 3 things I tried to order. We paid & walked outside & he noticed his cone was crushed, most likely from the server as she was dipping the ice cream on. He finished it but said it was comparable to Blue Bell - not really worth $7.75. Service was not rude, but not friendly either. No apologies for being out of everything & no thank you when we left. Overall, a very disappointing visit and while I highly recommend going to Graceland & eating at Vernon's Smokehouse, I can't say the same for Minnie Mae's Sweets at this time.

I have only found one place that is better, which is another Chicago business Nuts on Clark. The cheese popcorn is not a wet cheese like Garret's or Nuts on Clark. If you are looking for this type of cheese popcorn, then avoid this place for cheese popcorn. The popcorn had an odd taste, as if it was not fresh and absorbed the odors from the shop. Out of a house of three people with two from Chicago, all stated the popcorn was not good and stopped eating it after a couple of days.

He asked if it would be OK if he came and exchanged the package the next day after he got off work (in Lakeland). I said sure no problem and he showed up a little before 7:00. We exchanged the package and he gave me two extra bags of bbq pork rinds from Melissa Cookston and they were the best I've ever had. Five star review for the Allstars!
