every thing is delicious in a wonderful way I love the chocolate and their customer service

I've been hesitant to try this place since they opened because it looks super fancy and I couldn't find their pricing anywhere. Well, today I saw on Facebook they had a fruit cup with chocolate and pistachio syrup. Okay, I'm down for that! Omg... it's amazing! The chocolate is so rich and creamy. Their strawberries and blueberries were just ripe and perfect. The little crunch pieces give it so much extra flavor too. It's a bit overwhelming and the pistachio flavor did get lost in the chocolate. The quality definitely reflects the price though. Now, would I come back and get this again knowing it's $13.99 for a small cup? I'm still debating that. Maybe every once in a while when I have a craving for some GOOD quality chocolate. The lady there was very sweet and she gave my son a chocolate square that had some crushed nuts in it. So much better than any milk chocolate I've had. She also mentioned they will be making chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day. As well as hot chocolate and a chocolate fountain coming soon. Bet those will be amazing also! I'll definitely go back sometime and try the crepes and a waffle wand. read more

Really fantastic new chocolate shop! Large selection, very friendly and helpful owner, good prices, and tasty chocolate. Definitely recommend. It's cute and cozy and upscale all at once. When I tell you their crepes are mouth watering I am not kidding!! I ordered the banana wrap, which has banana and Nutella inside and topped with their chocolate! The owner was so nice and extremely accommodating!! She even gave me a 10% teacher discount. She said education is the most important with raising her children. Her daughter was there helping her and she was also so sweet and helpful. I think this might be a weekly indulgence!!! If you haven't tried them yet please go treat yourself, you won't regret it. 10/10 recommend all day! This place has an awesome atmosphere and great customer service. THEY HAVE THE DUBAI CHOCOLATE (and it's priced very well!) They also have crepes. We got the Dubai Chocolate Crepe and it was amazing. (Way too much for 2 of us, could feed 4+ as a dessert or snack) So many Belgium chocolates made in house to choose from. No accountability! I placed an order for 6 Dubai chocolate fruit cups. I got 6 chocolate fruit cups instead. No big deal. Called back to get corrected with the info that I'll bring them back AND pay the difference. The clerk said we ordered chocolate fruit cups. I corrected her and she insisted. I decided to let it go to try the "infamous Dubai chocolate fruit cup". The clerk stated no need to bring back the other cups and no difference would be needed. Awesome, right? Apparently, she did not run it by the owner or whatever. When i go to pick up the cups, she wants the other cups and the difference. I advised I can pay the difference, no problem, but the cups were not available at the moment. She's going back and forth with her clerk and somehow decides to try and turn it on me. Keep in mind, she was not there during the order. But wants to go back and forth about what was ordered. I advised, that's fine. What should we do now. I again offered the difference but reminded her that I've drove 2 times here from work and will not drive a 3rd as i could have brought back the first time. It was not headed in a good direction so i just asked for a refund and thanked her. She just stared, still trying to explain something that she was not present for and that the clerk is new. I just asvised it's not important and asked for refund, only then did she let it go. FF to today, i came to return an oil i bought that same day, Friday. It didn't work for me. Again, once she realized who I was, she then calls "THE SAME CLERK" with the same mess. I listened, but when that clerk lied again, I told her what it was. I said it's OK to make a mistake, but to lie, to continue a blatant lie when we'd called 2 days in a row for Dubai chocolate cups, now we order fruit and chocolate and even charged for them but given lesser valued product. I told the owner I did not come for this. The owner continued to push this on me and I refused to talk anymore about it. I asked her to just give me a refund as she said and she just refused until I left. I called a friend in law enforcement to come and be a witness. This lady then comes outside, swearing before God she was only trying to help. I just asked for the refund, but she only wanted me to come inside, tried to grab me and more. I told her I did not feel comfortable and would not step a foot inside that business. To just hand me the refund as she's making a scene and a problem where there was none. After she heard my friend, she then asked to speak with him, I declined and asked for my refund to be handed to me thru the door. This went on longer than it should have. The experience spoke insanity and sadly enough, I would have still did business there because the product is good, but the service and lack of accountability was trash. read more
