I was helped to find one in the style I wanted as well as having the features I needed and arranged for delivery. I decided a few days later to also get a washer & dryer. I called to see if I would be able to have all the appliances delivered at the same time if I came in that day. I was told yes. When I arrived I again was greeted and assisted quickly. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for again. I noticed a new fridge that I liked better than the one I had previously purchased. They were more than willing and helpful in changing my purchase to the new one! I am so thrilled with my new appliances, the service I received, and my experience in the store. Their prices are better than all the other places as well. Delivery and installation were fast and here is the kicker. I had not noticed a dent in the door until all the wrapping was removed. Even though they did not have to (because it's a scratch and dent discounted item) the OWNER came to my house with a NEW DOOR at no cost to me and installed it himself. The last time I got good customer service like that was in the 1970's. It's unheard of today. Do yourself a favor.
