With JR's experience, he immediately suspected what might be causing it and helped get me out the very next day. The staff was incredibly nice, helping me get to a hotel for the night and making sure I was well fed while stranded unexpectedly. I'm incredibly grateful that of all the places I could land, it was JR's shop in Altavista! Both times I was impressed with how fast and efficient the work was completed. The available service work each will need or needed was sent to me via a link and was detailed and priced. I didn't at all feel pressured to accept any service which was nice, just a heads up on what might need addressing in the future. I will be back to Jrs in the future for more service work.

Upon my inspection of the tires I find that Perkins left the old wheel weights on 3 of the 4 tires. the sticky weights not the clip weights. I called them and told them what I found and Ricky the owner preceded to tell me that they reuse old wheel weights. You cannot reuse the old sticky weights because once you peel them off they won't stick back to another rim. obviously they didn't balance 3 of the 4 tires and then refused to give me a refund. stay away from Perkins in Gretna, they will scam you and take your money
