Started off with a soak in a lavender filled tub that was the perfect temperature. Then a 45 minute full body massage where Adrienne worked out the knots in my shoulders and used pressure points to relieve my headache. Next was a facial by Carla that was probably my favorite part- I had never had one before. It was just as relaxing as the massage. Then a pedicure with paraffin wax treatment and shellac/dip manicure that was the icing on the cake. I was sure that by 2 or 3 hours I'd be tired of being there. Boy was I wrong. At the end of the 4.5 hours, I did not want to leave and go back to the real world. And one thing that I especially liked- everyone took their cues from me as far as how much to talk or be silent, which I really appreciate during relaxing experiences. That is a lot of money in one transaction not to receive good customer service. I love to support locally owned businesses but when treated poorly that makes me wish that I had gone to Sun Tan City. It is very disturbing to be talked down to by a teenager. The location is so convenient for me but I really regret spending my money there and I will choose another establishment in the future.

Loaded us with additional xrays and did not explain that it was all running up the tab. Cleaning was good, no problem with dentist, just the total bills and misinformation on authorized provider which led to excessive out of pocket. Note: office manager did adjust bills for the dentist portion. For two people we are still out $700.

Gracie is my hygienist and when I had my teeth cleaned the first time by her, I was amazed, she took her time, gave me a very thorough cleaning unlike I had ever had. She then checked ever tooth and my gums for any receding which was a first for me! She answers questions and is very knowledgeabl. There is a huge tv-monitor hanging from the ceiling and there is always something interesting showing and it is very relaxing. Dr. Trey Lunsford is my dentist and he is so nice, explains everything and answers any questions that you have and takes his time with you. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and always ready to help and if you need anything and they have to return your call, they are very prompt in doing so. You can tell that the artists enjoy what they do. I am now closer (but still 2 1/2 hours away) but I will be happily driving that distance every 6 weeks to see Andrea! She has always given me the best cut and I love what she did with my color! So very, very happy with both! And we have so much fun together. She is awesome and I am so happy to be back within driving distance to have her back as my stylist! I've lived in several states since moving in 2009 and no other stylist ever compared to Andrea!
