The first issue I had was that they didn't have napkins in the color I needed (after they said yes) so I had to rent them from other people last minute. However the BIG PROBLEM was that their products were HORRIBLE!! I rented white tablecloths and three of the ones they gave me were beige. Of the white tablecloths they did give me four were STAINED. However, the BIGGEST PROBLEM was the SEAT COVERS, ALL of them were WRINKLED. Also, the styles didn't match, some were short, some were long, some were gathered, others pleated, it was just a mess. I COULDN'T USE THEM AT ALL. I showed them the pictures the day after the party and they refused to give me any kind of discount, saying I would have had to return them the same day as the party. The day of the party I was too busy decorating to take time out to go. DISASTER!!! DON'T EVER ISE THEM, THEY'RE THIEVES.
