I have attended on two separate occasions. My niece celebrated her quinceañera there and my cousin her wedding. Our family has had such a great experience both times. Beautiful decor, delicious food, and great service! We plan on having more celebrations there in the future. read more

Disgusting in every aspect of care. the food was horrendous at best. for under 50 people and $4000 the serviced a grey piece of dried up steak no seasoning with it , no sauces no condiments no salt no pepper, NOTHING, a scoop of dried out rice and and 3 small potato tots. It was truly the worse food i have ever seen at a banquet hall. Someone spilled a drink on our table and instead of removing the table cloth and replacing it , they left a dripping table cloth soaked in water , dripping on floor and guest clothes. i had to go in back and ask 2 times for them to come clean it up and remove table cloth. I promise you this it was a $10 meals at best, 90 % of food was thrown in trash and not eaten as most of it was inedible. They had commercial ads running on screen behind out 15 year old half the night instead of her desired back drop. Clean yes, decorated nicely yes. Food horrible, service horrible, and no one got their choices of the chicken of steak even though we sent it in on time. They decided to serve everyone steak even though members of our party did not eat red meat and we let them be aware of this Just stay away honestly not worth what you will spend read more

I almost never write reviews but i felt the need! I've been at Gables Banquet Hall several times and it never disappoints. I attended a wedding this past Sunday, January 15 and it was beautiful! The decoration was amazing! Everything was on point! The DJ had the best music! He was very nice and accepted recommendations of songs. The food was soo delicious! We had a great time! We danced the whole night. The bride and groom looked soo happy with the way everything turned out. It was a great wedding. I would recommend this Hall to anyone! read more

Actually went to some 15s at this banquet hall. Yes it was very clean and very nice decorated but the food totally sucked and it was horrifying my steak. I can literally throw it against the wall and it would jump back and the food was cold who likes to go to a party and eat cold food if you guys use the banquet hall make sure to speak to the person in charge and let them know that you want your food hot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

El lugar está muy moderno y céntrico en Miami. Si tiene un evento que realizar se lo recomiendo. Yo estuve llamando a varios banquet halls y este fue el que mejor precio me dio. We recently held a 50th Wedding Anniversary Party at the Gables Banquet Hall on Coral Way and can't say enough about the staff and the facility. This was a last minute reservation for 100 of our closest family and friends, and everything turned out great. When you see the facility from the outside it does not look like much since it is located on a strip mall behind a Burger King, but when you walk inside it looks like a high end venue that they will decorate per your specifications - we chose a black and gold color scheme with white flowers (did I mention we got beautiful arrangements included). I must thank the entire staff, Fernando, the DJ, the wait staff, the bartender, and specially our coordinator Daimy, everyone worked together to make our event a success! Our family has had SEVERAL events at this banquet hall - dating back from 20 years ago to the present day. From my brother's wedding, to my eldest brother's baby shower, then my quinces (quinceañera), my cousins have had their quinces and weddings here, my grandparents have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary here, and now my daughter just had her sweet 16's here. I am so very pleased to say that Gables Banquet Hall continues to be a location that provides a beautiful setting for our events, they provide delicious food and drinks... and their customer service: from the moment you begin to plan your event, all the way through to the very end of the evening, they pay so much attention to detail and they do a great job. If you're in need of a banquet hall for a special event, consider seeing them and planning your next event here! Please note: do not let the outside appearance of the shopping center that it's located at deter you from having your event there. It's an older shopping center, but the banquet hall is remodeled, and their tables, their linens, and all their decor is new and absolutely beautiful! Everyone loved the decor of our daughter's Sweet 16's, and all of the little "details" that the staff placed here and there to make the event gorgeous! The flowers were lovely, the cake and the buffet were stunning and delicious! From experience, I highly suggest being very straight forward about what your expectations are and what you'd like the event to be like- they have so much experience, that they will no doubt do their best to meet your expectations! I should also add that whenever we have looked around to compare prices, we just end up coming back here because no doubt they get it all done within budget! read more

Wow! What of waste of money and time! We had an office holiday party at this place and it was the WORST banquet hall I have ever been to in all of Miami and Hialeah. The staff was UBER rude and annoyed to serve us. The food was cold and bland. No salt and pepper shakers at the table and when asked, they don't provide those. No Diet Coke available. It was supposedly an open bar. They had 1 bottle of cheap whiskey for 90 guests. After the bottle was gone, we were told they had no more. 15 minutes later, I noticed a waiter bring the bartender less than half a bottle. Then I saw bartender add water to the bottle! How tacky and not worth it! PLEASE don't plan a wedding, quinces, or any event here! You will totally regret it! If I could give them less than 1 star, I would give it! $30 per person down the drain! read more

Great banquet! I celebrated my parents 50th anniversary and I was happy with the staff and their service. I was able to coordinate with the hall how I wanted my party and it was just like expected. Food was good and tasteful and my guests were happy to celebrate together in a good family oriented hall. I will definetly go back for my daughters babyshower. read more

Terrible. I was told there was going to be premium liquor and I was served Kirkland vodka. A generic Costco brand. WTF?! And the wine they were serving was a Trader Joe's generic brand (illegal). I was going to cut my losses, but then I tried the pork that was served... I wouldn't serve that to my dog. It was bad quality and tasted terrible. But wait there's more! I wanted to wash the terrible taste down with some more knock off brand premium Vodka. I walk up to the bar and waited for the bartender. Waited a while until I realized the bartender was serving food to the party. The bar was forced to close because there were only two people tending the party. So no one was able to get a drink during dinner time. This was the worst banquet hall service I've ever had. I won't be going back and I will DEFINITELY not be recommending to a friend. This place should be shut down and investigated. No way it is legal to resell liquor bought at Costco and Trader Joe's. I am in awe. Terrible... read more

Had my 60th birthday party in December. Nine month letter still cannot get over how bad the food was. Worst bartender ever! Hostess with sour puss face and charge me a dollar a person to pour champagne for 30 guest. I would go on but would need an hour to list it all. To many banquet hall to deal with this one. read more

Worst banquet hall ever! Food cold and not what I ordered. EVERYTHING is extra including making a mixed drink at the bar. Manager unfriendly and a terrible host. Having poured water for guest according to Management is an added service! Place and decorations very pretty only plus of my birthday party. read more
