However, I have never loved my hair more since Sarah became my hair stylist. As another reviewer mentioned, there are times she is difficult to get in with, but well worth the wait! I am able to go into Sarah with bits of an idea or a lack of an idea completely and she always does something incredible! I have never left not loving my hair. Sarah is phenomenal. She does a great job and if you don't like it, she is happy to fix it so that you do like it. Not to mention, she is fun, sweet, and bubbly which makes the entire experience enjoyable. In addition to Sarah, the rest of the staff at Le Reve is wonderful. I am always greeted friendly and by name. I am always offered a beverage or snack or anything extra to make me comfortable. I love Le Reve. I am actually moving in May and it makes me incredibly sad to be leaving such a wonderful salon. The atmosphere is great and the stylists know what they are doing. You guys, it was awful and she was so upset since we had the makeup booked for months. We searched (and searched and searched) for a new beauty team, and Flip Salon came to the RESCUE! Aubrey had just gotten over the end stages of mono(!) and yet was so committed to making any bride's day that she came even though for us, like a HERO, despite the fact that she was extremely fatigued. I cannot get over how beautiful Megan looked. Her makeup was flawless and lasted all day & night. I am so excited for the many more weddings we will have with Flip Salon. They're on-time, professional, and (clearly!) will go above and beyond for what has to be done for any bride. Anyone would be lucky to have Flip Salon do their hair and makeup for their special day.

The way we respond when something goes wrong says a lot about our character and values. I am impressed with the way in which RevitalizeU handle an unfortunate and unplanned situation. In May, I started with a new stylist after my long time gal, who knew me well, moved out of state. Unfortunately, I had a color experience that went very poorly in almost every way it could. My hair was the wrong color, wrong design of color, and damaged. I reached out to Alyssa (another stylist) and she set me up to come in the next day to begin the process of repair. It took 4 trips and 5 months, but Alyssa and owner Sarah made sure to cover the time and costs of repair when applicable. Sarah personally met with me to fix my color right before my brother's wedding. I'm now back to where I wanted to be when I started the journey in May and I'm grateful they made it right! Also, they might have the best shampoo/head massage stylist around, Shanela. Worth it just to have her wash your hair! Now that they know me and my preferences, I'm excited to return down the road. She listened and delivered beyond my expectations. My first cut with her was amazing, the second was even better, and the color I just did is stunning. It does cost a small fortune to go here, but it's worth it if you want quality and long-lasting results. Their prices are a little on the high-end. I live in Scottsdale Arizona, so when I get my lashes done there, I love volume and length. My lashes were not quite done to my expectation when it came to volume, so I opted to go elsewhere for my next lash extension fill. Nothing against my lash extension girl (Ashton) she was very nice and very professional. I may go there to get my hair done at some point.
