They both take time and do not rush through their work. The quality of the stylists is outstanding and the atmosphere is very positive and lively with good music. This is important if you require a 3 hour appointment as I do. Tim and Allie are both very receptive to ideas and positively encouraging change. When my daughter wanted a pixie cut and 2 stylists at our previous salon wouldn't do it and tried to talk her out of it, we decided to try Buzz. Tim was so excited to work through this style change with her and it made her very confident about this choice. I walked by La Di Da and thought to step in and see if I could get my hair done earlier there. The ladies were so friendly and took me in right away to get started. I have never had my hair professionally dyed and was very nervous but the lady was super helpful. My hair's too short for the ombre look, but she gave me blond highlights underneath all of my layers so it has the same effect. I love it! It took about two or three hours but she was patient and really listened to everything I had to say or ask about the process. She fixed it exactly how I asked and I couldn't be happier. Can't wait to go back and get it touched up! :)
