They've been there for over two years now and the park doesn't seem to care that they are permanent there. They still treat them like crap. Basically they got mad at her for telling someone not to speed through the park and said that it's their job to do that but they don't do it.

They also have a separate swing set which is nice for older kids to sit on and listen to something. In the same area they have a pavilion which has chess, checkers, a grill, and several picnic tables. The chess board can occupy people for a while. Second of all, the staff is nice and friendly. I went in to get a cup of ice and they went and got a cup of ice. Next, they have two separate pools. One that has a game room and is twenty-one and over. The other one was family friendly and was next to the playground. It also had a small splash pad. The showers were clean. Most of them had hooks except for shower one. Also, the park had two areas. One for the long term RVers and one for the people who were only going to stay a few nights. The cabins and treehouses from what I could see were nice. In addition, it is not far from the town but not inside it which gives a sense of peace. If you are a mountain biker or hiker it is not far from the hill/mountain. Finally, the staff were very accommodating. We needed two extra nights and they were so nice and let us have those nights. When we left without our things on the table, they called and asked if we forgot them. And when we were confused they said that we were supposed to leave that morning. We said we needed another night, then they were able to accommodate the change. Overall, an amazing place and experience.

This is certainly not a resort, and is at least a quarter mile from White River, feeding Beaver Lake. Pretty Large RV PK, With Many Permanent Residents. No sign at entrance, and we passed it by winding around a neighborhood of houses that was between the RV Park and the true water's Edge. Verizon signal was good at 3 jiggers; and stronger than their wifi. We were about 100 yds from nice new looking bathhouse which had wifi antenna with good reception at bathhouse but weak at our camper. Supposedly there are repeaters to amplify the WiFi signal, but they were not operational. We got by streaming YouTube TV through our Verizon Hotspot on our phones. We had to buy an extra sewer hose to connect to sewer, as it was placed so far toward entrance of the site, rather than toward rear of site where electric and water were appropriately placed. Nice courteous staff. We were on a level, narrow concrete pad; ~half of sites were gravel; no picnic table.

First time, last minute trip to the Bentonville/Rogers area. Came in August up from TX to escape…read morethe heat and ride bikes. The sites were easy to book online but there aren't great photos to help with the selection. It'd be nice to be able to leave user reviews, so the website managers don't have to take time to input all the data. Check in is from 4-7pm on weekdays. We arrived around 6pm on a Wednesday evening and checked in at the host station. Got our car tag and went to see the site. Oohf, I don't recommend #91. On a hill. Buffy. Full of garbage. No water and the restrooms were just the pit toilets. That info was on one of the maps, but I didn't notice. The attendant showed us how to change the reservation on the app so we could drive around and see what was available for our dates and make a switch. #85 was much better!! Flatter, with power still in the shade, a short walk from restrooms that flush. We were tent camping, and the space just beyond the paved space was flat enough for a 2 person backpacking tent. Our neighbors were fairly quiet. Those restrooms were clean! We used the shower house on the other side of the park. We did drive over there since we would have gotten sweaty on the hilly walk back. It'd be nice if there were showers on this side of the park as well. The showers were clean enough. The water did puddle up quite a bit. I wish that the temperature was adjustable. The water was quite warm, and there was very little ventilation in the room, so it was hard to dry off afterwards with the humidity and sweating. A cool shower would have been nice. The other thing that would be nice is more garbage cans. There is quite a bit of wildlife, so I understand limiting it somewhat. But I think there'd be less on the ground if there were more accessible trash cans. There did seem to be a long term tent city close to the playground and shower house. There was also some sort of police situation when we checked in as well. I would not camp here solo. We ended up leaving a day early. Partly because of the heat, and partially because it was louder and rowdier on the weekend. It was easy enough to change the reservation and check out early (and get the last night refunded!! Which was unexpected) The price is low, which has its pros and cons. We will probably stay here again, but only if there isn't space available at Coler.

We showed up at around 11:30, which is early and no one was at the booth. We came on to our site and set up. We waited until 2 and then went and checked in. There was some kind of work going on down at the swimming area. Overall, not a horrible experience. I don't know about the bath/ shower houses, so I can't confirm or deny the comments I've seen about them. Idk who runs the place, but I think there does need to be a little better security or someone to make rounds at the site and make sure things are ok, but other than than that, pretty good.

Ok for the money, good for a "simple" stay…read more Definitely not super-modern (although it has been updated, with newer windows and bathroom), nor is it a "fancy" place. And even though the word "suite " is in the name, my room was not a "suite", but it was plenty big enough. Also, it is a MOtel, (with the doors in the front part of the building right along the parking lot and facing the street), not a HOtel with an indoor corridor. I was not expecting this, but it was fine. It has its good points. There was a refrigerator and a microwave, big TV, a good bed with lots of pillows, a decent-sized bathroom, fast Internet and lots of lights that actually worked. The room smelled good and was clean, had cool furnishings. I was on the upper floor in the back, and below me was a nice large wooden deck where you could hang out, if you so desired, and stare at the woods and enjoy the bird song. As with any older place, there were several quirks/imperfections, like small holes in the wall where a rack was moved, some of the tiles in my bathroom floor creaked when I walked on certain spots, my curtain to the outside world was a little gappy (duct tape is a wonderful thing) and one panel had been installed upside down, you use an actual key to get in your room, and if you want ice, the manager has to get it for you. None of these quirks/imperfections were overwhelming, just numerous. It is also a smaller place, so a person is not in the office 24-7, their board said 9 AM to 8 PM, although someone is always available by phone. I got good customer service while I was there. I suggest you ask for a room on the back of the building, as they face some nice woods, and the traffic noise is very minimal - I could feel rather than hear when a big truck went by, which was only a few times. One of the bigger points for me to stay here was that this place is outside the main hubbub of Eureka Springs, as I was just passing through town and was not interested in the touristy part of town. Brydan's Suites was an OK place overall, and the price was right, so there you go!

Finally, a man comes by and tells us there will be no train ride. They did not have any rides leaving from Springdale at all. Now we have to call tomorrow to get our money refunded. Very poor business management, not to mention an upset toddler who didn't get to ride the train.
