He was very accomodating in pickup and dropoff of rental from various vendors saving signifcant cost and stress. Overall a very positive experience.

Almost everyone has a dog, which isn't always ideal -- I've dealt with barking dogs around the clock, dogs growling or lunging at me, and owners letting their pets run down the halls off-leash. There's really nothing the property really does about this expect send a few emails a year. The building's cleanliness is another issue. One of the gyms has black mold, and the elevators are consistently messy. This seems to stem from the property having just one cleaning staff member for the entire building. I had higher expectations, and given these issues, I will not be renewing my lease.

Additionally her internet is spotty and there's too many distractions so I was interested to find this gem only 2 miles away. The surroundings may be a little sketch, but the building is secured and the exterior is well kept so I felt safe. It's an old converted firehouse so the structure is different than a new build. It reminds me more of a schoolhouse. I was ushered in by Carter (not sure of title but he's the main guy). The first floor appears to be occupied by an environment organization (although I'm not 100% on that). There are young professionals staffing those desks. The place also has a fridge available for storing lunch. Haven't used it yet but I'll update when I do. On the second floor is a conference room, multi-stall bathroom and a handful of offices with doors. My office had a desk, small table, lamp, trash and two chairs. There were also two closets but I didn't use them. There's dependable WiFi, electricity and it's quiet, so I was set. The most fun part was there's another professional working next door who brings his sweet basset hound, Denny, to the office. Denny hung out with me for a bit which was fun. All in all, the space provided what I needed and I'll definitely be back.

I use both the Connecticut locations frequently, have been in both NYC offices, as well as Texas, White Plains, and L.A. All are incredibly well run, with happy, professional staff, good resources, and - most important - seamless connectivity. Even if it's your first time at a new location, if you're a member, you're able to log in instantly, and you are treated like a VIP when you're a visitor. Coffee / infused water / snacks are all helpful, and services like printing, booking a meeting room, or tech issues are taken care of in a snap. Specifically in Westport, the team is perfect in terms of helpfulness and prompt service for anything you need. If you need an office, hot desk, dedicated desk, or just a place to get coffee & check email while on the road, this is the one to use. Memberships are incredibly cost effective and you avoid the frustrations that this industry has become infamous for.

We have grown to become the largest tenant in Neumann Leathers and the largest company of its kind in the area, utilizing 40,000 sq. ft. of repurposed former factory space. We provide creative services, studio spaces, and memberships. Our main studios are housed in the R. Neumann and Co. factory complex in Hoboken, New Jersey. Project Studios also has a metal shop and additional studios in the Bergen-Lafayette neighborhood of Jersey City. The company also has had exhibition space in New York City and maintains a storefront gallery in rural Indiana called PROTO ZERO. I was charged an extra $60 each time I used another location. 8 weeks to get your deposit back. Kitchen and coffee charges wether you use it or not. I was told this was optional, I brought my own coffee and lunch... this is not Optional. Lastly, when canceling my lease, they were not transparent. I was told the office manager wouldn't let me out of the lease, I stuck it out for a few months. Could not access my contract online, had to ask the receptionist, come to find out they just need 30 days written notice... If you are looking for an office space leased from a big corporation that only cares about their bottom line and is inherently dishonest, then I recommend Regus.
