We went to the store and purchased the paint ourselves and gave them to painters to paint the house. We have saved the unused paints for touch up. The paint has great quality. After 6 years, the saved paint is still as fresh as new. However, the bucket cover has rusted which seemed to have ruined the paints. We took the paints to this store to recycle the paints. The manager, Mr. Sandy Parker, was there. He helped us transferring/filtering the paints to the new buckets so that the paints were not wasted. Without asking, he handed over different tools and helped us pouring/filtering paints to the new buckets. We were very touched and impressed by his sincere customer service. We were not sure we wanted to use the Sherwin-Williams paint in the future due to the poor quality of the bucket cover. However, after the great experience at the store, Sherwin-Williams has earned our trust again. We will come back for more paints in the future. Mr. Sandy Parker is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a blessing that Sherwin-Williams found Mr. Parker to be the store manager. We wished all the store managers in the country could use him as a role model. He knew how to provide a great customer service to earn business. Thank you Mr. Parker for the help today. Mr. Sandy Parker is the BEST manager we have encountered. Come shop at this store, you would not be disappointed by its great customer service.
