We went to the store and purchased the paint ourselves and gave them to painters to paint the house. We have saved the unused paints for touch up. The paint has great quality. After 6 years, the saved paint is still as fresh as new. However, the bucket cover has rusted which seemed to have ruined the paints. We took the paints to this store to recycle the paints. The manager, Mr. Sandy Parker, was there. He helped us transferring/filtering the paints to the new buckets so that the paints were not wasted. Without asking, he handed over different tools and helped us pouring/filtering paints to the new buckets. We were very touched and impressed by his sincere customer service. We were not sure we wanted to use the Sherwin-Williams paint in the future due to the poor quality of the bucket cover. However, after the great experience at the store, Sherwin-Williams has earned our trust again. We will come back for more paints in the future. Mr. Sandy Parker is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a blessing that Sherwin-Williams found Mr. Parker to be the store manager. We wished all the store managers in the country could use him as a role model. He knew how to provide a great customer service to earn business. Thank you Mr. Parker for the help today. Mr. Sandy Parker is the BEST manager we have encountered. Come shop at this store, you would not be disappointed by its great customer service.

Forget the big-box stores, don't waste your time and especially your money. Been there done that…read more Going on a recommendation from our local contractor, we made our way to Tubs & Stuff. Our downstairs bathroom ended up being part of our full kitchen remodel and we needed a new toilet and then a new faucet for the kitchen. We stopped in on a Tuesday, few people in the shoproom and ended uip dealing with a great guy, Ken, come to find out he is the owner. Told him what we needed, unfortunately the toilet is a special size (10" rough) so options were limited. Ken showed us multiple options and set us up with a Kohler, same money as the local big box stores and they had a faucet for our kitchen on display, which my wife and I instantaneously loved so Ken staired us in the right direction. Great unit. Ken was very professional and very informative. Toilet and faucet were ordered that day (Tuesday) and entire order was in by Thursday evening. Now I truly judge a place on how bad situations are dealt with and unfortunately we ran into two of them, none of which was any fault of the store. But Ken handled the issues like a champ and truly made the experience even better. The toilet upon install had a hair-line crack in the tank in which water was dripping out once installed. The faucet head button for the spray and regualr flow broke and got stuck in regular mode. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to speak with Ken, he apologized and reassured me that both items would be taken care of immediately. They actually were! New tank for toilet was in next day and faucet head was shipped right to the house. We are totally satisfied with our experience and will not hesitate to use them again for a bathroom remodels and additionally recommend Tubs & Stuff to anyone we can.

My wife & I love our home, but the shower in our master bathroom was looking dingy... particularly,…read morethe grout between the tiles. Me being a typical guy, I tended to overlook it. But it drove my wife crazy, and the more I looked at it, she was right... The grout was no longer white, but kind of gray & discolored.... it just looked bad. And also, when we moved in, the people before us had just applied caulk between the tub and the tile wall, and it was all yucky and discolored (and probably a bit moldy). So we decided we needed to regrout. I was considering doing it myself until I did some research... this sounded like a time-consuming, tedious job... removing the old grout, applying the new grout after mixing it, washing the tile, waiting for it to dry.... I'm not much of a do-it-yourselfer to begin with, so the lazy sombitch in me decided to see if I could find anyone who would render this service for a reasonable price. I called a few people, and some places (particularly Amore) were kind of douchy on the phone about re-grouting. So I called Mignone, and they were able to give me a ballpark estimate. He had someone come out in a week or so, and man, for just $175, they did an incredible job. It's unbelievable how new the shower looks now.... fresh, gleaming white grout between the tiles. The man got the job done in less than 4 hours, and in just over a day, it was dry and ready for use. So, if you are considering a little home improvement in this type of area, definitely give these guys a call. I do feel somewhat guilty not being a do-it-yourself guy, but then again, it felt good supporting a good, reputable local business. So, if you need anything work done with your bathroom tile, give these guys a call. Well, I take that back. If you're trying to install a secret camera behind one of the tiles so you can see your co-ed roommate take a shower, don't call these guys. You're a real sicko, man... and you need to get some help. But for anything else you want to do with your tile, try these guys.

Mike came out to see our bathroom, we told him what we wanted to do...that we wanted tile....soo we went to his showroom to see the samples that he had.. We found some great tile.....that would look great... Our newly remodeled bathroom looks FANTASTIC........Mike's custom tile work and design is AMAZING.....

The person responsible at BBS NEVER returns my messages or replies to my emails. Others at the store have told me my parts are on order and the guy responsible will update me, but he never does. It's a terrible customer experience; really terrible. As of now I am out $250, still need repairs, and am getting absolutely no proactive communication from BBS. If I could have gone elsewhere for service, I would have.

She let me borrow a wax tray to go and grab my plants, and was able to repot them all before they closed (within an hour). I recently purchased a 12' x 16' A-frame shed from Best in Backyards, Cheshire, CT. It was a very…read morepositive experience, and I'm very happy with the new shed. I worked primarily with Janice in the show space on South Main St. She showed me differences in models and lines while patiently answering my questions over the course of a few weeks. I was surprised at the detailed process we went through when I finally decided on what I wanted and sat down with her to go through the order itself. Janice went through every choice from windows to gable vents to locations and sizes of windows and doors. After waiting 3 weeks for the shed to be built in pieces, the assembly crew showed up on the appointed day right on time. Jose, Edvin, and Celso arrived at 9am, and got to work quickly, assembling the shed in a little more than 6 hours. Other than a short break for lunch, they worked steadily, kept things neat, and cleaned up after they were done. The finished product is well-constructed. Within hours of the assembly crew heading back to NY, it started to rain in CT for the next 36 hours. My town received close to 5" of rain, yet the shed was bone dry inside, much to my relief. From beginning to end, I'm very happy with the service and final product, and I'd highly recommend Best in Backyards to anyone in the market for a storage shed.

Sales person are very pushy towards sales do not care about you or try to resolve the issues. Did I saved money? No not at all be careful when shop here. better off go to Home Depot and pay same price at least it's 3D animated in the palm of your hand and at least you know exactly what you are getting. Restocking fee is nuts 20%. Please be careful when buying here.
