I am so moved by my experience with Suit's Unlimited, that I signed up to write this review: I'm a fairly cliché' blue collar guy. I know nothing about suits, nor did I actually own one, when I realized that I had to suddenly fly out to the east coast for a funeral. I googled men's suits, and went to the first place on the list ( a HUGE, national chain). They told me it was prom week and that they didn't do rush orders (even with an additional fee). I was terrified/defeated. I assumed that would be the standard everywhere else, but proceeded to stop by Suit's Unlimited. After an extremely friendly interaction (with who I think was, either the manager or the owner) he politely yelled, "Daniel, get this man a suit. He needs it by tomorrow." And the rest was magic! Truth is, I have no clue what looks good, or is socially acceptable in a suit world, which I clearly stated to Daniel. He proceeded to work his magic and I could not have been happier with the results. Not only did they take care of every aspect of my visit/concerns, and put me in an beautiful suit, but an hour after I got home I received a text that my order was ready for pickup. An HOUR later! Then, when I went to pick up the order, I discovered that the gentlemen who initially helped me(who I assume is a manager or owner) is the very person who did the alterations on my suit, to have it ready within an hour of my "emergency order". Wow, just wow... I wish I wore more suits, so I could give you more business, but trust me, when i say, you made a difference in this persons life! Thank you!! read more

I was in need of a couple of suits for job interviews and after visiting a store of a national chain, I decided to try a local business with great reviews. I was impressed from the beginning as I was treated in a very professional manner and huge amount of patience (I also had my two young children with me). All the sales people were courteous and knowledgeable; they know suits and what needs to be done to fit each individual. Every aspect of my purchase was expertly handled - this business is the model for exceptional customer service. My suits needed to be tailored and I was told they would be ready in 5 business days; they were actually done in 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call stating that they were ready and I should pick them up. I tried on the suits and they fit perfectly. Pleased, I headed out the door and headed home. Awaiting me in my mailbox was a handwritten note from my sales associate wishing me luck in my job search. Customer service perfection. Undoubtedly I will return to Suits Unlimited for all my future business wear needs. 100% satisfied with everything, including the price, of this local Albuquerque gem. read more

As a veteran, I came in expecting basic respect and professionalism, but instead I was treated with complete disrespect by the staff. They were openly talking badly about me to other customers -- not realizing that my friends overheard every word. To make things worse, they made several mistakes on my suit. After the issue, they refunded me and told me to "enjoy the suit." When I later came back for a simple adjustment, they suddenly told me I'd have to pay full price again. That's completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No customer, let alone a veteran, should ever be treated this way. Poor communication, no accountability, and absolutely no respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I needed a suit for a bereavement I was to attend on the 19th of Oct. On Oct. 18th I drove to SU to find out the south side of town was in a power outage. To my surprise they were open. I went inside and their power was out, but they had skylights. I told them of my situation. They were more then happy to help me out. They measured me from top to bottom. I told them I needed it ASAP. They said, with the lights on or off they would get it ready that day. They called at 1:00pm AndI i was ready to go. I was suited up. Superb store! Mike was EXTREMELY helpful! Excellent selection of apparel. And it's right near where I live. If you need a quality suit, affordable prices and ridiculously awesome customer service go to this place. Everyone is really friendly in there but ask for Mike. His customer service is exceptionally good! He loved the shoes I brought in to find a suit with.....well since his service was amazing I decided to go buy him the same shoes in his size....and well deserved. We went to Suits Unlimited because it was suggested in the reviews of Men's Warehouse up the street. Men's Warehouse treated us like crap and was really expensive. We went to Suits Unlimited not knowing anything and the staff there was very helpful. They taught us what looked good, how to wear it, had it tailored to fit us and got us a good deal on the suits we bought that day. I plan on returning to this store if I ever need anything. My husband and I went in so that he could purchase a new suit for our daughter's upcoming wedding. Our sales person, Robert Dominguez, provided a number of options and colors in our price range with no pressure to buy. Needless to say, we walked out with not only a new suit, but dress socks, a dress shirt, and a new sports coat. The selection and styles are unbeatable.
