The WORST customer service possible. They LOST my suit and every employee I interacted with LIED and took ZERO accountability. Let me break it down chronologically: -Fri, Apr 13: I went in store to look for a suit for my wedding. Ryan was the guy helping me, halfway through our search, he left us to assist a big party and left my fiancé and me hanging there for at least 10 minutes, probably closer to 15 minutes. We had zero service during that time. I tried to be understanding, so once he got back, we went through with the order. The suit had to be shipped from Kansas City. No big deal, the order would arrive in a week. -Following week, I receive a call while I'm in a meeting at work, I call back and they say that the suit is in store ready for pickup. Perfect, sounds good... Customer service really takes a nosedive from here... -Sun, Apr 29: I go to the store to pick up my suit and get measured for alterations, they say they LOST the suit. The guy at the front (I forget his name) assures me he will give me a call by end of the day to update me on the status of my suit. "Fine, no big deal", I think. I never receive a call. First lie from customer service... -Tues, May 1: I call the store to ask for a status update and I speak to Johnny, he says they still can't find the suit and they will give me a call back tonight with an update and make sure that when Ryan (the original rep) gets in tomorrow, that he will call me too. Ok... same story as Sunday. I go in to the store about an hour before closing because I still haven't received a call from Johnny and I have a feeling they're not doing anything to find my suit. Suspicions are confirmed because as I walk in I see 5 reps just hanging out at the front desk doing nothing and no update regarding status of my suit. I speak to him and ask for an update and he says they don't have an update and that Ryan will call me first thing the following morning to sort things out. Second lie from customer service... -Wed, May 2: It's about 3 PM and I haven't received any call. I call and ask to speak to Ryan. He's not aware of the situation (because Johnny never told him) and he says he thinks the suit is still in Kansas City but he needs to check on a few things to confirm. He says he'll email me in about 10 minutes with an update. Third lie from customer service as I never receive an email whatsoever (checked all my email folders and spam, nothing). -Thurs, May 3: I go in to get a refund for my non-existent suit and Ryan says that he told me last time we talked that he was getting the suit shipped from Kansas City. I called him out on the fact that he never confirmed that during our phone conversation and that he told me he would email me in 10 minutes with a status update but I never received an email. He then said he was sorry that I didn't receive his email. WHAT? The guy never sent me an email - ZERO accountability! I get my refund from these ill-trained employees and that's the last time I'll ever visit this store out of principle. Seriously - the customer service is awful, they can't help customers as a team, and they lie and take no accountability. Visit this store at your own risk. read more

This happened in Feb-March 2016. Phew, after a stressful experience, we got the fittng that we were looking for. It was a very stressful experience because 1) we had to go back 5 times to the store to get the right fitting. 2) we were ok going back 5 times, but one sales rep tried to sell us an ill fitted pant. He was ordering me to pull my pant up and saying if you pull it up it fits well. When I disagreed, he said this is how quadry pants fit. He had no idea about fitting and style and especially no idea how to talk to customers. We had already been to the store 4 times and were ok with that, but interacting with this sales rep made the experience very stressful. Finally, we spoke to the master tailor and got the right fitting on the fifth time we went to the store. Overall, I would never ever return back to the store.. read more

Sorry but could not find any other way to communicate to you so here you go Suit Supply. Consistency helps. I bought several hundred dollars in items and asked the sales person if I could utilize their tailor for a suit I bought somewhere else. I was told of course I could. I called today and asked If I could stop by today. The lady on the phone pushed back stating that they typically don't do outside suits. Again, consistency in the messaging would have really helped. I explained to her what the sales person told me the other day and she stated that if it's a simple job I can come in but It could take over a week. Over a week for a simple hemming job? If she had just been a bit more flexible and accommodating rather than trying to dissuade me at every point, Suit Supply would have had a long time client = + revenue stream, rather than someone who won't shop there again and who posts a negative review on Yelp. read more

I've had an interesting experience at the Denver Suitsupply but ultimately it was a good one, all's well that ends well. First, unless you want to go pay AT LEAST $1200 for a 2 piece brand name suit, you're not going to find better quality or price anywhere else in Denver. Suitsupply has an awesome selection and a great price. My fiance and I walked in there and said to ourselves, "this is what we've been looking for". I absolutely love my suit and I love the price I paid for it. Second, I got a contrasting vest (aka waist coat) that I also love at a great price. Now, the price and product are great but I experienced some challenging communication issues with the branch. The challenges I faced we're pretty ridiculous, however I raised the issue to their corporate HQ and they immediately responded to me and resolved the issue within a couple days. I even got a personal call from one of their service managers. I've spoken with Dawn the manager, who is very helpful and proactive, and I know they will be improving their customer service to match their price and product. But, I would advise that if you are planning to get a MTM vest, work with Dawn specifically and set specific days you expect to hear back from them and specific price points. All in all, it ended well and I love my suit. I will absolutely buy my next suit there. read more

Store: The store has a wide selection of suits in many sizes. They all appear to be nicely tailored and have updated styles. Unfortunately they didnt have a couple of the looks I wanted in stock in my size but that wasn't their fault. 5 stars Sales: Tyler was very helpful and nice. He upsold a few items to us but they were actually good for the suit and we were happy to buy more for an upgraded look. 5 stars Suit: The suit fit really well off the rack. There were a couple of adjustments that needed to be made. But the cut was great for my athletic build and I was very pleased with how it looked and the value. 5 stars Customer Service: As good as they are at appearance, selection, value, and fit, they are bad at customer service. When I ordered the suit they said I would receive a call by the next Tuesday. The next Thursday my girlfriend asked if I had received it. I realized that I hadn't gotten a call. I assumed that maybe I missed it or maybe the suit was delayed. No big deal, happens. I called the store -- no answer. I called again a little later -- no answer. I started to get slightly worried why they weren't answering so I called their customer service who said they would call the store. They said they couldn't get ahold of the store but would call me back. I waited a day and hadn't heard from them so I called them back and again they said that they would call the store. After not hearing back I IM'd customer service who said they were not able to get in contact with the store. So, I started to feel a little panicked since that is their own customer service who they don't respond to and I was wondering if something happened with the order, the order didn't get put in, or there was something else that had gone wrong. Finally, I called the store on Saturday and they said "yeah, it's here" -- So, all they needed to do was call me and tell me the suit had arrived. But they didn't. They fall on their own sword by doing everything right except tell people when the stuff arrives. All appearances are that suit supply focuses solely on the sale and after that register closes you're an afterthought. I don't know who is in charge of calling the customer with updates. Is it the sales person? Is it customer service? Either way, if you decide to go here get the card and number of the person you're buying the suit from and make them the point person for updates. You don't hear from them? Call them directly. Otherwise if you have a short timeframe for use of the suit, you're gambling. Tailoring: Have yet to receive the suit and don't have much turnaround time if it's wrong because they took so long to let me know it was there. So, fingers crossed! read more

Went to get a suit on Saturday at open and the store was busy. Ryan greeted us immediately and asked some questions to get me in the right section. He listened to everyone's questions, met the needs, and had me out of the store with a purchase. Ryan really knows suits and determined exactly what I need by actively listening to my basic statements. I'm so happy with the service from Ryan. I recommend suit supply and if you get lucky, Ryan will be there to help you as much as he helped me. read more

I came in about a week before my wedding due to buying a terrible fitting suit from another store before hand. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Tyler throughout the day, his knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail is 2nd to none, it could not have been easier or more perfect coming in and buying my suit here. Really knowledgeable, went over the different cuts with me and we found a great suit that needed minimal tailoring that was done in shop in two days. Went in to buy a suit for our wedding and the skinny brunette in the suit section told us we were too early and basically that we should leave. Didn't help with sizing, information or offer any suggestions. Great looking suits. Wish we got any service. Went in with my best man to get suits for our wedding party setup. Walked in and the tailor greeted us and we went on our way and looked at their selection. Walked around the store trying on several suits each. The female sales associate was busy with another customer and asked if we were being helped and we said no. She gave a quick look and confirmed that we were probably in the correct size suits and went back to her customer giving him what looked like excellent service. The other sales associate, Anthony, saw us trying on suits but was just too busy texting by the tailor to offer any assistance. After being in the store for 15-20 minutes without any help and witnessing his texting we made our way out. On the way out I had to get within 3 feet of Anthony and he never looked up until I loudly asked if he worked here. THEN he said yeah how can I help you. And I asked for his name and left. We went to several nearby stores and received better service at every single one. The suits looked great and had we received any customer service we probably would've went with them but with the worst experience I've had recently I couldn't recommend Suit Supply less. read more

I had a great experience at suit supply. I was in Denver for the weekend and needed a suit for Monday morning. Gerard was very friendly and helpful. He had me fitted and out the door in 20 minutes with a beautiful suit. The alteration took an hour. I was very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the suit. Gerard was an enthusiastic and inspiring salesperson and clearly loves his job and excells at it. Next time I'm in Denver I'll be back for another suit. Extensive selections of ties, shirts and all other necessary accessories for the distinguished man can be found at Suitsupply to complete your look! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but beware that the places is always busy on weekends; if you visit on a Saturday or Sunday bring your patience and enjoy looking at the beautiful displays while waiting for assistance. While you may be on your own to browse for a while, once a Suitsupply associate gets to you, they'll be efficient and fantastic! My fiancé and I have been in twice now, and we find the suits here to be comparable in quality to Nordstroms's more reasonable suits, but still about $200 cheaper, and every aspect of the shopping experience is far better here than Men's Warehouse. My initial visit to the store was good, but trying to get the merchandise I purchased has proven to be very difficult. I called in after not hearing for 5 weeks on my pants I purchased for a friends wedding. My initial call was on a Monday and they stated they would have them done Tuesday and I could pick them up in the afternoon. With my schedule I was unable to make it down so I started heading down that Friday and decided to call just in case and I am glad I did. The representative said he would go check on the status, 10 mins later he came back on the phone and stated they would be done Saturday afternoon. I said this is what they said on Monday and this is not acceptable. He stated he would speak with the tailoring section and call me back in an hour. They never called back. I would not recommend this store or location for a tailored suit as the service is very poor. At this point I am worried I will not have the pants I need for my friends wedding. If you do purchase anything be sure you leave yourself additional time in receiving your product. Here we are another week and still no pants! According to Kyle they shipped them via UPS but he does not have the tracking information. He told me twice he would email me the tracking number when his ups guy came and I still have not heard anything! This place is a joke. Came here on a recommendation from a tailor at Nordstrom who said that they are especially good at making suits for tall slim men. They did not disappoint. Mary Kate greeted us at the door and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I would rather get my belly button pierced than go clothes shopping, so I was happily surprised how easy and well this suit shopping experience went. Mary Kate listened to what I needed the suit for and knew how to immediately pick out 3 different suit options that fit like a glove but also looked the way I wanted them to. At no point did we feel like higher priced options were being forced upon us. Would highly recommend going here. read more

My partner and I stopped in here on a friend's suggestion, looking for our groom-groom wedding outfits, and we've loved the experience. Gerard was our go-to helper, along with a newer hire Meg. Gerard is the bomb: knowledgable, patient, charming, and very attentive to what we wanted. We struggled a bit with the tailoring, which meant a couple return visits, but he eventually took care of everything. (We all even joked that our bodies must have mutated between fittings.) This is more about suit supply as a clothing maker than the service at this particular location. The sales staff is nice, and the quality of the suits are spot on for the price range, but the fit is awful. I guess it is the new look, but everything in the store is supposed to fit tight. Really, really tight. And the staff tells you this is how it is supposed to fit. Just look at the suit supply website, and you can see what I mean, so the staff isn't wrong! The suits might be okay if you are in the tech sector or are looking for a suit to go to a club in, but they don't look professional at all. I recently had the misfortune to patronize SuitSupply in Cherry Creek. I was measured by Gerard who said that he had been "doing this for more than 20 years". I told him that there would only be initial measurements and that the suit had to be ready to be worn when it was picked up. He agreed. He also said that the suit would fit even if I gained 5 pounds and guaranteed that it would fit. On the morning of the event I tried the suit on for the first time and it did NOT fit. I had not gained weight and in fact had lost 2 pounds. The pants were difficult to fasten, the jacket could barely be fastened, and the sleeves were almost 2 inches above my wrists!!! I came here with my boyfriend and this experience was honestly the highlight of my week. My boyfriend is a bit on the smaller side. We went to another retailer about a week ago and had just the worst experience all around. So he was a bit apprehensive to come into the store today, but immediately he was put at ease. He received the absolute best customer service from Dayton and felt really comfortable with the fit and cost when we left. Went to Men's Warehouse in Cherry creek for my wedding...waste of time. Another review for another time...walked into SuitSupply in shorts, Tshirt and tennis shoes. Tory Adams greeted my fiancé and I right away. Solid smile, confident, he showed us 3 different suits in the color I was looking for for my wedding, gave it to us straight about the materials and good buys for the money, and even corrected the size I needed that was told to me by the other guys. Needless to say we walked out of there within an hr smiling ear to ear. Tory gave me some pointers, pinned some alterations right on the spot and ended up with a 3 day turn around on getting my suit. My boyfriend had done some research online and found out about Suitsupply, so when we went looking for a suit, we were surprised when we saw that there was a store in Denver. We decided to check it out last weekend. The store was really nice, but, after no one helped us, we were still able to find his size, so we looked anyway. The selection was just okay. We saw a couple suits that we might have purchased, but after we had waited for help and didn't get any, we decided to leave. We ended up going to the mall and got a couple suits at a competitor. Was sized and sold a suit from suit supply. They we're going to lengthen sleeves and hem pants. Guy was really quick and didn't seem very thorough when taking measurements. Picked it up and sleeves were still very short - hard to believe they lengthened it at all. They blamed it on my my shirt - saying my shirt sleeves are longer than the shirt i wore when I tried it on. It's a normal shirt but ok, I'll believe it. They're going to lengthen by another half inch. I come back the second time, try it on, and im confident nothing has changed at all. I'm wearing the same fit shirt and the suit sleeves appear the same length - still very short. I asked the rep if they even did anything to it, but he doesn't confirm or deny. He says they can lengthen a "little more" but there isn't much more cloth and I should have gotten a Regular instead of Short. Really dude? Would have been useful to know when he was sizing me for a suit and handed me a Short. They lengthen sleeves a little more and it's still short and now there's a huge gap below the buttons. No offer to exchange, discount, or return, and even if there was, I'm leaving the next day for business and need a suit - no matter how stupid it looks. I was excited to buy a suit here but now I'm just pissed and it looks like shit. Felt like I was led astray and then left to deal with it. Won't go back. read more

Went here for my fiancé to get a suit for his wedding day. Worked with Bryan on each visit and he was super helpful. From the first time we walked in, he was attentive and genuine. He really wanted to help and wasn't just selling a suit. He gave honest answers and opinions even when we said we were looking for certain things for our wedding party at other stores, he was helpful and understanding. We came back, when we knew he was working, to really spend the time and choose the outfit and he was perfect. When we went in to pick up the tailored suit Bryan was busy, and another gentlemen grabbed the suit and handed it to my fiancé. As he was trying it on, the man disappeared. No input or anything. Bryan was with someone else but realized we needed a little help and encouragement and he took a moment to help with the tie and give feedback. We really appreciated that. So overall, not sure about the place without Bryan there, but with him there...will definitely come again if in need of a suit/tie. read more

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I have given Suit Supply a few days to try and rectify the situation but unfortunately I haven't heard from anyone. My fiancé and I went into this store on a Saturday morning to purchase a custom suit for my wedding. The store was not busy and there were a few associates behind the counter. We were greeted by a nice gentleman that told us to come back in 30 mins as the person who handles those orders was with another customer. We said yes and came back. When we arrived back we were greeted by the "assistant general manager". This guy could not of been more clueless. He offered to help us and took us into the back to look at colors. He continued to leave us unattended for 15 mins as he began answering phone calls and helping other clients. I would assume when someone is willing to spend 2k+ your "manager" would be focused on the customer at hand. He was gone multiple times and then just handed us an ipad and told us to do our own research. Finally he admitted that I needed to make an appointment to speak with the right individual that handles their custom suit program and asked us to come back. He just let $2,000 walk out of his store. He took my information and said someone would call me. It's Tuesday, no phone call, no email. I'll take my money up the street to men's warehouse where they value my time and money. read more
