My friend and I drove all the way from Greeley to go to this lululemon because they had specific clothing and accessories we wanted to buy. We showed up 1 hour and 10 minutes before closing and they said they were going by waitlist and they were full. I've been to over 6 lululemon stores during covid time and all of them go by if you want to go into the store you wait in line. The fact that nowhere during our research of this store did it state that this was how they're doing lines is ridiculous. If people want to go into the store they should wait in line, it will get more customers into the store because the store won't be waiting for 5-10 minutes for people to walk across the mall to go into the store when it's their time. The other issue is the girl at the door was rude and didn't apologize for the fact that they didn't advertise they had such a restrictive way of shopping and for the fact that we got there well ahead of closing and couldn't shop there. She told us to come back in the morning and we're like why would we come back when we have to travel that far and for being snubbed like that. This store would make more money if they did what every other lululemon I've been to does and have people wait in line. Like I said we went there specifically for the stock they had because we wanted to buy. Not only did they miss out on our business but now I don't even want to buy online because of our experience here. As we walked away we watched 6 people try to get into the store to be turned away in the same manner, people are willing to wait in lines, I've seen it, experienced it, and it works. The people who really want to go in will wait. My best friend and I, both avid lululemon lovers who had run our virtual Seawheeze Half the day before, were treated horribly by the girl at the front of this store. She told us because "we weren't on the list" we couldn't come in and it would be best to check back another day. When I asked what the list was and how to get on it she blew me off and didn't even try to answer any questions. After looking on the app, on the website and their social media there was no mention of a list. The store was empty and we were going to make a sizable purchase. Lululemon has reopened inside of the cherry creek mall, first floor next to Nordstrom. Listen ladies and gents, I'm normally all about bargains and thrift store clothes, but if you have room for a splurge item or two, lululemon is a great place to source them. Yes, a pair of yoga pants will cost you $100 or more, but the customer service and quality are worth it. First of all, I am an active gal but really love Qdoba (not a brand deal) so I've got some junk in the trunk as it were. The store only went up to a size 12 but in jeans I am probably a size 14-16 (can't say for sure because I live in leggings) and they fit perfectly. I am also 5'10 and they are long enough and fit comfortably snug like a second skin. In terms of customer experience, I have always been greeted shortly after entering the store and given suggestions to try on. Most recently, I went in with a pair of leggings I had bought almost a year ago that had torn on the seam. I figured it was a long shot but was pleasantly surprised to learn - THEY HAVE A SEAMTRESS WHO CAN REPAIR YOUR LEGGINGS FOR FREE. but when they took a look at the pants, the girl determined it was a manufacturing issue and that they shouldn't have torn like that. So, I was given a replacement pair of leggings at no cost. Wow. So grateful for this incredible company with radiant staff and perfect leggings. I will be a lifetime customer. PS I heard great things from my yoga instructor about the grippy-ness of their mats. They are pricey too, around $70 I believe. read more

Recently I was at the mall while running errands and was wear a baseball hat and denim shorts, not dressed like the typical shopper all in Lululemon clothing, and I was totally ignored my the workers, I have been shopping their since I had lost 95 pounds and could actually fit in their clothing, when I asked the girl at the front of the store for help and she ignored me, I walked out and she said thank you for coming I said it would be the last time I will ever step foot in the store, I am actually now selling all of my Lululemon clothing on eBay as this company has left me upset and after reading on the internet about how they treat overweight people. I was once an overweight person. My new store is Athleta as they are friendly end nice every time I go in the store and they now actually cater to the overweight women. read more

I load up on all the spandex gear, try it all on and then bend over in front of the mirror to see how big my butt will look when I am stretching. It is not a bad site because the Lulu pants fit nice and tight and make my bum look nice and perky... Did you care to hear that? Probably not. Yoga gear at its priciest, this lifestyle store has the most incredible and wearable yoga gear and accessories I have ever come across. The tank tops, shorts, pants, swim suits, shorts, and skirts are all so great and sporty looking and the materials are nice and stretchy, God I love Spandex. I wish I could buy everything in the store. But stop right there, the prices are overload-high... We are talking Patagonia prices here folks, where even a headband kind of puts you over the budget limit... But I can never control myself, I always buy one item too many. The tank tops can be worn for yoga or as street clothes, which may I add, are some of the most awesome tank tops because a lot of them you don't have to wear a bra... Nice for women and men right? The entire company is very earth friendly and sustainability conscious, and you can see from the bags... Yup, it says it right on the bags that they care about you being positive. This Lulu also offers free yoga classes on Sunday and a little station of information on working out right in the middle of the store. And if you are a dance instructor, yoga or pilates teacher or a personal trainer, you can get 15% off... I was shopping with my 2 daughters today for summer clothes in the Cherry Creek store. My first daughter went in a tried on several things and ended up with 11 items that worked. My other daughter was still trying things on so I asked the sales guy if he could hold the items at the register so I didn't have to carry them around. I was trying to help my other daughter find things in various sizes. He took the clothes and asked for a name to put them under at the register. I gave them to him and he told me they would be ready at the register once my other daughter was done. We finished trying everything on with my other daughter and went to the register to check out. When we got there they couldn't locate the pile of clothes I had given him 20 minutes prior. The sales lady at the register checked several piles of clothes that were behind the register waiting on folks and then told me they don't allow holds and that in the off chance they do it's only for an hour. I told her I gave the clothes to the guy 20 minutes ago and he put them under my name. I then pointed out the guy I gave them too. She told me again they are not allowed to do holds. I was LIVID at this point. We had been in the store for 2 hours trying things on with both girls. She then told me she could go gather the items for me. I couldn't remember what my daughter even had or the sizes at this point. I was so angry for the horrible customer service, lack of training and disappointment. We left the remaining clothes on the counter and left. What a HUGE waste of my time along with my girls. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called corporate on the way out and was told they do not have a hold rule and that should not have happened. They could have done a 24-hour hold if we needed it but most certainly should have held things at the register we were going to purchase as we continued to shop. I really hope the manager trains their people and this doesn't waste anyone else's time. I will never go back here again. read more

We went to Lululemon today to get my mom some leggings for Mother's Day. She ended up trying on seven pairs. We had the best experience because of Abigail! She was working the dressing room and had the best attitude. She was helpful, without being overbearing, and so incredibly sweet. She helped my mom with all of her concerns and got multiple sizes for her, even though it added to the amount of clothing she would eventually have to put away. We would have been lost without Abigail's help! She made the experience for us and we will be signing her praises for months to come! read more

I was on a girls shopping day today 12/27 and planned to buy some gear for my nieces at this store. We went to the legging wall and the gal working back there asked if we needed information on the different styles which we accepted. She went on to explain that the align style should only be used for yoga and nothing else. She was very passionate about it and went on to explain with intensity how people are coming in complaining all the time about the leggings pilling and everyone needs to understand how to expect that they perform. After a bit of research and trial and error, it's official. lululemon makes my favorite activewear. I dig the looks of Lucy and Prana stuff, and while at the same price point (read: more than I should be spending), they don't wear as well. My Prana top began pilling after only a few wears as well as developed a hole in the side stitching. The Lucy top's straps have stretched out since I've purchased it and now I feel like I'll fall out of it if I move too much (the exact opposite of what a yoga top should do). Not lululemon! Their styles of tops are supportive but comfortable and cute to boot. The top I've had for awhile looks as new as the one I just bought. I don't have to pamper lulu clothing when I wash it (and let's face it, clothing that needs "special treatment" when washing doesn't belong in my closet...heck, it won't survive more than a day or two). I particularly love the tops with adjustable straps, but any will do for a fuss-free, flattering fit. My one complaint is lack of colors in the pants section. I tend to gravitate towards gray versus black (hides dog hair better) and have a hard time finding the right style of gray in the right size. Very friendly and helpful staff and I usually always find something to fit my needs. When I feel like treating myself, this is where I head. read more

My name is Arlyn, and I have an addiction. While lots of girl splurge on purses, shoes, make-up, etc., I splurge on lulu. My gf introduced me to them about 4 years ago & shit you not, 95% of my items have 0 signs of wear. Granted, I take care of my precious lulu (cold, gentle wash, hang dry). The only thing that actually "ages" are the reverse groove pants, that are worn constantly. See, once you try on a pair of their yoga pants, they suddenly become the all-occasion-little-black-dress of pants- whether your hitting the studio, gym, lounging at home, or running errands. I want to address that it's really pricey, but the quality is top notch. On top of that, lulu customer service always pleases. I love their innovative design- the utmost practical & equally flattering. I have their gym/yoga bags, mat, towels, pants, shorts, running, hot/regular yoga, dance & to/from gear, tops, just to name a few.. Everything is soft, and cozy, and hides the flaws & properly accents the right stuff... Damn, I can go on;) Normally, this would be 5 star rating, but.. the selection is very limited. There is a reason why you see 2/3 of women in Denver prancing around in Lululemon clothing. Because it's comfortable, durable, fits well, and overall AMAZING. On a more specific note - this is a great Lululemon store. I've been to the one in Boulder a few times, and it just doesn't have the same feel. Stopped into the Cherry Creek location a few weeks ago to return a few things, and I am trying to find an excuse to purchase more yoga-wear. The staff is extremely friendly - they want to help you find the right pieces of clothing, but are good about giving you your 'space'. Everybody was helpful about sizes, fits, and new items that they just got into the store. Upon checking out, they handled my exchange with ease, and were very informative about upcoming events in the store that I might be interested. Although Lululemon might be slightly more expensive, it is worth it. I have yoga pants that are 5 years old and still look great! Not to self: Do not purchase more than you can reasonably carry when walking home. It's official, I have a problem. We may not be able to afford to educate our child, but I will have such cute workout clothing. No. Seriously. This store has the most amazing apparel for exercise and loungewear. Their fabrics are wonderfully soft and super moisture wicking. This is coming from a former triathlete and marathon runner who knows what it feels like to be a sweaty mess. Trust me when I say that this is not just a cutesy clothing line for women who wear makeup to the gym and spend most of their days hungry. Of course, they love lulu, too, but don't let that dissuade you. This is a technical clothing line that is comfortable and fashion forward. It is not inexpensive, but their pieces last if cared for properly. As for the staff in this location, I have hit and miss experiences. Sometimes I never even get a hello, which I think is a requirement in retail. Other times I have people offering to help me at every corner. Some staff members are more educated about their product, but the labeling makes it pretty simple to grasp with their "Why We Made This" tags. FYI--They have a great website, but not all of their inventory is on the site. SO...go check out the store. If they have something you like go ahead and buy it because inventory flies out of their stores, never to be seen again. read more

I am absolutely in love and obsessed with this store. I wish I had more money so I could buy everything in there! The clothes are all sooo comfortable and the best quality material. I can definitely see why they are so expensive because they are so worth the price. The headbands are no slip and always stay in place during hot yoga. The pants are absolutely amazing! They fit so perfectly and if they are too long the store offers free hemming. I also splurged on a jacket there and it is so comfortable. Most jackets there have the thumb-holes so your hands always stay warm. The staff there is soooo nice! They are so helpful in finding sizes and the right style of pants for your body type. They are always very chatty and some have given me some suggestions for yoga studios they love! I really want to try the free yoga class and wine on Friday nights! I think it would be very fun in a good atmosphere! I definitely recommend this store for anyone who is happy to splurge on the best yoga/work-out clothes! read more

I admit I was hesitant at first, but Lululemon actually has some great gear for guys. Having seen nearly the entire female population of Denver walking/running around in Lululemon, I got the feeling this was "girlie" gear. However, there is a section of guys stuff in the store that is comfortable and functional. The guys Post Surf line lets you get away with wearing really comfortable "sweatpants and sweatshirts" without looking like George Costanza. The running/workout gear I have purchased is great. On a hot day, it keeps me cool. When Winter rolls around, they make a large selection of items you can layer yourself in so you don't get frostbite while running. My only problem with their stuff is the super LOOOOOONG tags on their shirts. They inevitably work their way outside of the shirt and annoy you until you want use the tag as a noose to hang yourself. That's a little overstated, but you get the picture. The price is high, but so far everything is holding up well. My hope is that you get what you pay for. read more

This LuLu Location rocks. All of the sales staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable about Yoga as well as other local fitness activities. They also host free Yoga classes at this location, a great way to meet other local Boulderites and get in touch with the variety of Yoga classes offered in the Yoga saturated Boulder area... I can't believe I haven't reviewed lululemon yet, considering that it makes up half of my wardrobe. I love lounge clothes (i.e. yoga clothes that I wear for lounging, walking, etc., basically everything but yoga), and the lulu ones are the best. They make your butt look amazing!! The clothes are pricey but they last forever and they hold their shape so nicely. I also love their running clothes. I pretty much love everything there. The girls who work there (and the occasional dude) are SO NICE too. And they have free alterations which is awesome because their pants are not really made for girls who are 5'2". Go there, forget about how expensive it is, and buy something. You will love it. read more

lululemon are doing a great job of creating well-made sports/fashion clothes for straight men who like yoga. the ABC long pants are awesome, as are the Commission shorts. note: neither have elastic liners. however, the new line of yoga and workout shorts - all of them - have incredibly tight liners. the stretch liner that holds your tackle in place grips your thighs WAY too tightly to be comfortable (and i have sparrow thighs, so blokes with normal legs will find their circulation gets cut off). the old ones had perfect elastic liners and they weren't constricting at all. one wonders why they'd screw up such a great line of sports shorts... read more
