In June 2025 and December 2025, I had two carotid ultrasounds completed at AIM Primary Care by a…read moremobile stenographer. Both of these showed moderate to severe carotid stenosis in both arteries. I was told to double my statin dose and repeat in six months. Due to several reasons I did not feel like I was getting adequate service at this clinic and left to another PCM. I just had a repeat carotid ultrasound in June 2026 conducted at STRIC which showed I have no stenosis in either of my carotids. As this condition is not reversible either this result or the two previous results had to be incorrect. Today I had a consultation with a vascular surgeon who redid the ultrasound again and determined the recent scan I had STRIC was correct and I have no signs of carotid stenosis. So therefore, I have endured over a year of stress worrying about the implications of this disease for no reason as well as being put on more medication I did not need. In rereading my two ultrasounds reports from AIM it appears they were both done by the same technician and both apparently only reviewed/interpreted by Dr. Gerineni. So I'm not sure who did not conduct or interpret things properly but the vascular surgeon I saw said someone was not experienced enough and she was upset on my behalf. My suggestion to future patients with potential carotid or other serious issues needing scans would be to request they be conducted at an outside radiology clinic.

He outlined the subscription services that he provides. After an assessment of the level of care she requires outside of palliative hospice, I felt subscription service may be too excessive in scope and price since she does not see doctors regularly. In any event, I am writing this review to inform readers that this doctor seems to be on the up on up and may be ideal for anyone who wants to control medical expenses while receiving optimum care. She waited two hours, then gave up. They never even called her with an explanation. Another problem is long wait times on the phone. Also, when she wants to be seen for an acute illness, she has to wait a couple of days. The office has a serious scheduling problem that they seem to have no interest in correcting.

The offices are relatively new, clean, and attractively furnished. The hallways have old pictures of the Quarry back before it was a shopping mall. The docs I've met here have all been proficient and professional. Parking is easy, and there's even a strategically placed Salata right next door so you can go eat healthy after your checkup. Some of the offices overlook the Quarry golf course, which is scenic. There's also an emergency room right next door if things go south in a hurry at your medical exam. I just wish they'd get some magazines for the waiting room. What kind of doctor's office doesn't have anything to read in the waiting rooms? Bring your own if you want something to read.

All of my other doctor's would dismiss my issues as dehydration or a child just complaining to complain. She's thorough and is constantly on top of new research that's happening. My husband has liver cancer and after trails and studies at a Cancer Clinic he was very ill when we consulted with Dr. Pho because we decided to stop all treatment. Dr. Pho was very detailed in reviewing my husband medical history and ordered specific testing for his condition instead of routine labs for a patient his age. He also recommended another cancer treatment center. My husband health improved, all labs are nearly normal and is responding to caner treatment and able to have good quality of life. I am also a patient of Dr. Pho and was impressed with his expertise in Internal Medicine and intelligence in treating patient based on their medical history, age and never did it feel like just a routine check up.
