HE NEVER CAME IN... instead a NP then it was a quick appointment to finally walk out and Porter was leaning into a females truck flirting and laughing. Apparently the female was more important than the stroke patient. Never went back to SW Military location. Office treatment by clerks have been very bad, even witnessed two elderly couple being yell at and cut off while talking. Not very polite to disrespect the elder.

Dr. Kim has supported my little one and her spastic mother (ahem) through a high fever from some unGodly virus that reduced my chatty spunky 8 yr old peanut to an all-day couch surfer for three days. In fact, Dr. Kim predicted the exact order in which the virus would behave and has hit the nail on the head from start to nearly-finish. Oh, and, if you're a family who teaches touch-consent, take this straight from my peanut's experience: "Dr. Kim asked permission to touch me. I like her." All-in-all, as a housecalling lactation consultant myself, usually on the other side of concierge consults, I am forever grateful to Dr. Kim for letting me be "that mom" and for offering sweet, gentle and non-hyped care.

Further, they call to follow up to make sure you're doing well after the visit. Not just the office assistants, which would be agreeable, but also the Dustin, the PA. I really like the people here, they've taken great care of me, they get to me quickly and I feel well cared for. Two weeks ago, I called and asked if I could leave a message to have Dr. Synder contact me. The secretary stated that she was no longer practicing there and that letters were sent out. I stated that I had not received a letter and that it was medically important that I speak with her. Thereafter I called and left 3 other messages, and to this date I have never received a call from this physician. I also sent her a letter that required a signature. I find her to be unprofessional, unethical, a liability and she violated my Patient Rights. The office is ineffective & inefficient. I have been left on hold for as long as 8 minutes and when I called back the secretary said, "Oh! I forget!" They schedule appointments every 15 minutes so it is like a cattle call. These clinics/Dr's appear to be only concerned with money and not their patient.

No option for new patient. No option to speak with a live person. Only an option to leave a number to receive a call back - and they still haven't done that! How are you supposed to set an appointment with your assigned primary care as a new patient if they NEVER answer their phone or call back! If this is how they handle their office - I'm terrified to see how they actually respond to patients. Would love to know how those of you leaving good reviews actually got appointments - did you walk into their office - because they don't answer their phones and don't return calls. Very unprofessional - changing PCP through my plan. Anyone else new to their insurance plan and assigned this place - don't bother. We were charged a co-pay of $125 with tri-care for the first time. We've been here multiple times before and never had to do that. It was fine- we paid the co-pay. The provider was so quick with his assessment- didn't order any tests said my son wasn't that bad and to just continue ibuprofen and Tylenol. Didn't want to do a flu test because he already had the symptoms for more than 48 hours so he couldn't give him Tamiflu any way. I guess just knowing and being able to inform people is not enough, but that's their policy. Anyway, on Christmas morning, we had to take him to the emergency room because the continuing to just do the ibuprofen and Tylenol wasn't cutting it anymore. He was diagnosed with a double ear infection, flu, and pneumonia. I would not recommend this provider. This is more than just an office experience, cleanliness, someone was rude- that's nothing- this is quality of care. My 5 year old son suffered and likely worsened because he wasn't diagnosed when he was supposed to. They gladly took our 125 co-pay without even looking up our deductible until we asked- if he would've have been treated earlier maybe the ear infection and flu wouldn't have escalated to a double ear infection and pneumonia. Please think about your loved one prior to taking them here.

The offices are relatively new, clean, and attractively furnished. The hallways have old pictures of the Quarry back before it was a shopping mall. The docs I've met here have all been proficient and professional. Parking is easy, and there's even a strategically placed Salata right next door so you can go eat healthy after your checkup. Some of the offices overlook the Quarry golf course, which is scenic. There's also an emergency room right next door if things go south in a hurry at your medical exam. I just wish they'd get some magazines for the waiting room. What kind of doctor's office doesn't have anything to read in the waiting rooms? Bring your own if you want something to read.
