Unfortunately, two of my family members are still patients there, and they continue to be very difficult to work with. The most recent issue has been with my younger child who needs, per their recommendation, to have wisdom teeth removed, so when I made an appointment with an outside Oral Surgeon that we have great experience with in the past, they refused to send any of his records to the Oral Surgeon's office, which I have been told is not uncommon for this dental practice.

We made an appointment for my daughter for an extraction and filling. I had the text confirming. My daughter and I showed up, after I rearranged our day, for this appointment for them. We show up and they told us our appointment had been canceled and they had no time for her. No one called us or texted us. Extremely unacceptable. They were super rude and I asked to speak with someone and they offered zero help. We will definitely be switching dentists ASAP! I highly recommend going anywhere else and we've been patients for years and I regret every year we stayed. I have been wanting to switch for so many years and this finally was the nail in the coffin.

She has changed the course of my dental health and possibly physical health by providing me of the dire situation of the state of my gums and teeth which was not provided to me by my former Dentist's office associates. At one appointment he told me he was okay with it as long as I didn't hold him responsible for some catastrophic dental issue that might arise from my lack of X-rays, but the following appointment 6 months later, he became very aggressive and told me I could not come back unless I agreed to his X-ray requirements. So obviously I did not return. And the fact that at first he was okay with very limited X-rays and then the next appointment he wasn't and was much more aggressive... tells me it was more about the money and not really that something could go horribly and inexplicably wrong without X-rays. I always found him a bit aggressive... maybe short-man complex... but, in fairness, he was a good dentist otherwise. Good luck.
