Yes, I am picky, but when you promise to do something, you should not only do it, but do it well. Example of other cleaners... windows are usually always cleaned, but the screens aren't cleaned well or the sills are still dirty (and yes, they were included in the others pricing). All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year. I will not only highly recommend them, but I will use them again next year... a first for any window cleaner I've had.

I've been a customer of Olga's for several years now for a biweekly house cleaning, and I can't…read morerecommend them enough. They're reliable, they do a great job every time, and they're always willing to work around me and my family (including that I work from home). To me, the whole point of having house cleaners is to free up time and eliminate stress, and hiring Olga's has definitely done that. Before Olga's I've used or trialled at least half a dozen cleaners in Philadelphia. Full disclosure, Olga's was one of the most expensive services per hour, but worth it IMO. My main complaint with other cleaners is that the quality of the cleans goes down over time and management is ineffective or defensive about it, and so after a year or two I have to shop for a new cleaner. Not so with Olga's. Every clean is as good as the last. If something isn't done with way I like or I want to add a new service, I just send a text and it's taken care of. I hope they stay in business for a long time because it's such a relief to know that my house will just be taken care of. The other thing is how comfortable I feel with Olga's cleaners. That's a wierd thing to say, but it can be kind of scary to have strangers come into your home and clean up after you. Part of it is shame that your house is dirty and you're not keeping up with it, and part of it trusting the cleaners with your home. The cleaners from Olga's have always been super friendly and nice, they've never made me feel weird or bad about my home (including the explosion of toys and clutter after my daughter came along). Over the years, I've left jewelry or cash around and I've never had to worry. It's just been a great find and a happy working relationship.

I had to go around and double check everything was properly deep cleaned. I do understand that checking is part of the 100% guarantee, but I wish I didn't have to ask them to go back and re clean some areas For $600 worth of cleaning (including rug and chair)...I shouldn't have to follow people around after they are done to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned.
