Sultan's has been open for only a few months and they got it right from the start. I've been coming here since day 1 and every time I come I notice something new. The decor is constantly upgraded and changed so you don't see the same thing every day. They added fish aquariums which is a trip to watch while smoking the hookah and they have plans to put in a shark tank with octopus and a stingray. The music playlist is always up to date and the customers have access to their online database so you can queue any song you like to be played on their system, the customer service can't be touched by any other place. The owners and staff take the customers very seriously and make sure each person leaves happy. The owners themselves walk around and mingle with the customers to make sure everything is going good and enjoying their stay and even help out their staff when it gets busy to make sure no one is waiting too long for coals or refills. The atmosphere is amazing, uplifting and energetic, the hookahs are easily a 10 and they have the best house mixes I have ever tried. The customer base is mostly college students which is great because they know how to have fun and don't bring down the place with drama like the immature high school students. They card each customer as they walk in and even the Sultan's security guard is chill. He walks around and smokes with us and takes care of our music requests if we ask him to. 5 stars all the way around! read more

BY FAR THE BEST HOOKAH IN THE I.E!! Although it may not have the most upscale look, I love the look of Sultan's because of its "home-like" feeling... and you can't beat those super comfortable couches!! Out of every hookah lounge that I've been too there hookah is the best tasting, and hits the best. They use nice KM hookahs, and really nice hoses. Everyone there is super friendly and will make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. There DJ nights on Fridays and Saturdays, is an AMAZING time. The DJs play a variety of music, and the crowd is entertaining and fun! You cant beat the prices either... $11 for a hookah, and $3 for a head change, and the coal service is on their game. I would have to say that this is, and will always be, my favorite hookah bar in the I.E. The owners and staff are amazing, and on point when it comes to providing the their customers with the best service possible. They do NOT over charge for a hookah like a lot of the others near by. Always a fun atmosphere, you can get on a provided computer to added music you want to hear using their Spotify account. The DJs are always on point Fridays and Saturdays. I come here almost everyday, and the customers and the staff have now become what i'd like to consider great friends. If you want to relax socialize and listen to music while smoking hookah then this is definitely the place to go. I've never met the owner at any hookah lounge before until I came here. The staff here is really quick, all the regulars treat you like family including the staff. The events here are amazing especially EDM night.
