If it weren't for Dr. Kohora's amazing patient care, I would seek treatment elsewhere. The office staff that answers calls need more patience, better understanding and possibly a more mature way of dealing with patients. I don't have insurance, so he worked with me a little bit on that and also went over the test I was getting done to order them by priority, so if I couldn't afford all of them I knew which ones weren't critical. Dr. Diditch was the one I saw, and he was very personable. Quick and efficient, but didn't feel like he was skimping. I will need to get an ultrasound as well, and he talked me through how different hospital systems work with uninsured patients. Also, they give new patients a t-shirt, and I'm not a huge t-shirt person, but I really like theirs. And it's within walking distance to my house, so major bonus points.

She talked to me for 10 minutes before deciding to switch up my whole established (decades long) psychiatric Rx routine with a brand new medication at a (very high) dosage that shocked my psychiatric provider. Katelyn treated me like a I was a "med-seeking" patient, despite having access to over a decade of documentation that showed I was not engaging in any med-seeking behaviors. I had a question about my new Rx. I asked her office and was given a very unclear answer, despite it being a clear yes/no question. I had to get my answer from another provider. When I called the office for help most recently, because I was having a VERY bad reaction to the new Rx, I was formally dismissed as a patient.
