This PARTICULAR location for Urgent Care is especially good. I actually come here more often than I go to my family doctor! The receptionists are ALWAYS helpful and friendly, and they make you feel like a priority every time. Every doctor, nurse, nurse practitioner, and physician's assistant is well trained, thorough, and, best of all, compassionate. They listen carefully and acknowledge all concerns, and they treat each patient with respect and deference! It doesn't matter how "good" the doctor is; if good bedside manner isn't there, there isn't trust. Plus, the doctor on staff one day was able to diagnose in 15 minutes, what the local E.R. didn't do in FOURTEEN HOURS. I'm so glad that such a great resource is available so close to me! read more

The only reason I'm even giving 1 star is because I have to in order to post and WARN people. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFFING. Never in MY LIFE have I dealt with such horrible and unprofessional DOCTOR LEVEL staff. Not only did they prescribe me the wrong dosage of my controlled substance medication and REFUSED to fix it, they then call me and tell me it shouldn't have been prescribed at all - not my problem. The DID prescribe it, the mis-prescribed it, then told me too bad when asked to fix the error and that it shouldn't have been prescribed in the first place - once again, not MY fault. They are the medical professionals, not me, how it is my mistake they don't know what they should and should not prescribe? But yet, I'm the one who was told when I called, to "find a new doctor, that I had 3 weeks enough medication to get me through, that my pharmacy flagged the meds which is why they weren't filled (lies)" and the list goes on. I asked to speak with the medical director for several DAYS, and not until my pharamacy called did I recieve any communcaiton from him. Once I did he was rude, entitled, cut me off, and once again made it seem like it was MY fault THEY messed up. He then said he would "do me a favor" and "not report me " (not report me for getting my prescribed medication filled? Make that make sense), he then said if I DELETED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW HE'D DO ME A FAVOR AND SEND ME A REFERENCE OF A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR - no surprise here, but I never heard another word from him. I am disgusted these people call themselves medical professionals and people have to actually trust them with their lives. DO NOT GO HERE - STAY AWAY. I will continue commenting and leaving reviews so the same thing that happened to me doesn't happen to others. THESE ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS WELL BEING AT ALL. Please do not make the same mistake as me and trust these people with your health! This could have been a life or death situation - and they did NOT care! They only cared about their online review and how they LOOKED on the outside. Staff is usually friendly but the wait time is terrible. Don't bother to sign up for a slot online it doesn't matter. Arrived with a time slot of 3:30. When I arrived there was 1 person in the waiting room, that went in before me. I had filled out the paper work online but had to fill out more when I got there.... Then two people walked in after me. The one woman was seen before myself. I would never come here if it wasn't the designated location for my work. Also, mask required sign on the door not enforced. People walked in without one, some staff were not wearing them and it doesn't count if it's half off your face. read more

Terrible experience. Did virtual visit, which went well. After the visit, never sent prescriptions to my pharmacy. I sent 3 emails through their system. NO RESPONSE. Finally called one of the locations after trying for over 7 hours. They checked their system and agreed that the prescriptions hadn't been sent to the pharmacy. They did make call and get them sent just before the pharmacy closed. When I got a callback and I asked what the issue had been was told by their representative that "he wasn't the owner and dealing with these issues wasn't part of his job." He then told me that if I wanted to voice my concerns to write a negative online review, so I did. read more

The staff/medical team at the Mayfield Heights office were very professional and knowledgeable. The wait time to see the PA/NP/Dr. was very good. I am especially happy with the billing department and in particular a young lady named Christine. i have worked with her on a number of occasions now and find her to be very knowledgeable, kind and caring. She understands her job and the industry and has the gift of being able to explain the billing information very well. She is a natural teacher. I made an appointment and it if 40 minutes after my appointment time and I am still waiting to be called back. I showed up at 1001 and was told I was late. I registered online and still took 20 minutes to be registered. And now I am still waiting. read more

I was very impressed with Monika Duda, PAC and the front desk staff at this facility today. I ended up at this provider after a quick google search led me to CCF urgent care which was actually closed for the holiday (they had not correctly listed their hours with google) and then to Health Express which was a blessing. I was in and out in no time and my meds were electronically transmitted to Giant Eagle and available for pickup as soon as I got there. The entire visit was streamlined and I actually felt like Monika was more attentive and focused than some providers I have seen on a routine basis. Had an appointment for 12:40, checked in on the app at 12:20, receptionist kept looking at me not saying a works. 40 minutes pass and people who came in after me had already got seen and left. So I go to the receptionist and show her that I have been waiting a hour after my appointment, and she says "well you have to come to the desk" and then says they don't accept my insurance and then proceed to charge me $170 read more

I work till the Evening but my kids were sick and needed to be looked at, as well myself. I didnt want to wait in the ER so I googled extended hours urgent cares (because my regular doc was closed) and stumbled upon this one and so glad I did! Me and the Family went in a half hour till closing (due to my work schedule) and I was nervous we would get "rushed out" because they were in a hurry to go home, Boy was I Wrong! The staff was truly PROFESSIONAL and answered all questions. The nurse was awesome and spent time double checking things and answering questions and the PA on call (Brooke R.) Was a sweetheart that was very thorough with me and my kids. She answered all questions and gave her medical opinions and reassurances when we needed them. I scheduled a rapid COVID test yesterday afternoon for today at 1:45. My fiancé walked in without an appointment to the broadview heights urgent care this morning, was seen, tested and got results back all before my 1:45 appointment here. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in on the app. It shows you how many people are in front of you for testing there, it was 5, so I waited in my car until there was only 1 person ahead of me. By then it was close to 2:15 a whole 30 minutes after my appointment. So I called the front desk. The receptionist told me to come inside. I did, she told me to write my name and birthday down on a piece of paper, which I did and then I sat down. Another half hour passed and I went up to the receptionist (a different woman) and told her my appointment was at 1:45. She scooted another paper at me and said "write your name and birthday down". I said "I've already done that, and I've been sitting here for an hour and a half". She replied with an explanation about why my name and birthday was important for their system to keep track of people, when the receptionist I originally gave my paper to returned and interrupted her with "she already filled that out" and pointed to the paper with my name and birthday sitting right next to her on the desk. What she said next was so incredibly rude I almost can't believe a person in her position said it- she went "Oh, is THAT what she was trying to say." I sat there for another half hour before being called back. Once in the room, I waited 10 minutes for the person swabbing to come in. After she swabbed me, I waited another 10 minutes for my results when finally I'd had enough, opened the door to walk out and was told I wasn't allowed to leave until my results came back. I told the girl (who had swabbed me) that I'd been there for 2 hours, had someone waiting for me in the car along with groceries and needed to leave. She said "but we print the results out for you and you won't be able to take them with you if you leave." I said "why can't someone just call me?" She told me she'd talk to someone, so I went back into the room, waited a few minutes and Dr. Ali came in to apologize, make a few excuses and tell me my visit would be free today. Once home, the girl who swabbed me called to tell me my results were negative. read more

I understand the demand for COVID testing is at an all time high and the staff is probably exhausted and overworked. However, the parent company clearly sets up testing times and scheduling patients at 8 minute intervals doesn't work. I was there at 12:30 for my 12:45 appointment and chose to wait in my car because the lobby was so full of people that we couldn't stay 6 feet away. I was finally brought back to test at 1:30 and the first nurse swabbed me incorrectly so another staff had to come and re-do it. Overall a really unpleasant experience read more

It took under 45 minutes on a Monday morning to complete our entire visit with my son this morning. And while I thanked the doctor for his speediness - which I do appreciate - what I should have thanked him for was his thoroughness and professionalism. This is the only time we've been to this clinic and I can't speak to the other doctors but Dr. Hamed was wonderful. He clearly listened and paid attention to what my son and I both had to say. He never once made me feel uninformed or bothersome, as some doctors elsewhere have done. He took my son's infection seriously, informed him of what he was going to do before doing it and didn't talk down to him as a child, even though he's only eight. Taking back my one star review. They are getting slammed with people coming in sick and worth covid testing. So while I am still a bit upset about not being told to show up before 3:00pm for covid testing, I can understand that the office staff is just too busy with covid causing Soo many people too show up. read more

This place rocks. I don't normally make a habit of going to urgent care facilities for non-emergencies but after being sick so long, I pulled the trigger. This place is only a few months old. Check-in was a breeze, the nurse was efficient, and Dr. Ali was every bit as good as my primary care doctor at Cleveland Clinic. He was very thorough. After she had done preliminary checks, my time to actually see the doctor was maybe 2 minutes tops. Told me 20-30 min when i checked in. 1 hr and 5 min and still haven't seen the doctor....

I tried this for the first time since it's close to my house. I lost my voice and wanted to make sure it was nothing serious. I walked in about noon on a Monday and there was only one other person waited. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helped me in a quick and efficient manner. The doctor and nurse were also very nice in the waiting room. The front area is nicely done and clean. The examination room was also clean, but needed a little updating. The door was really beat up and didn't close right. I probably waited 15 minutes in the front area to be called, and about ten minutes after the nurse took me into the examination room and I waited for the doctor. Both a little longer than I hoped, but not bad at all for a walk in appointment! I would definitely go back to this place. read more

Accepted my insurance no prob. It looked busy, but I barely had to wait. But wow the best surprise was - the doctor actually LISTENED to me and genuinely CARED that I wasn't feeling well. These are by far my favorite doctors/urgent care in Cleveland. As a business traveler who's mostly only home on weekends I've had to go ~5 times for things like ear infections or viruses, and the intake is the fastest I've ever seen. The doctors are young and smart and care about the experience they're delivering to their patients. The wait time there is less than at my primary care doctor and they spend as much time as you need having questions answered. I hope they stay in business for a very long time! read more

She listened to my chief complaints and addressed the issue accordingly. She also provided additional written documentation for my follow-up. This place has the friendliest staff (and I wish they were a primary care facility because they are that good). This is the first time ever that I write a review for anything but im really upset so i decided to do it. I have been coming here with my family because of the convenience of hours and always a good service but today it was different...we brought our daughter because she wasn't feeling okay . She has two insurances when i handed them to the receptionist she requested the copay of the ins with the highest amount ( she has two so primary is 50 , secondary is 100 , the girl ask me to give her 100??) i ask why but she couldn't give me a straight answer she just said that how it is, i told her that normally it gets billed to insurance and then i pay what ever amount is left over but she said it's not how they do it then she requested that i had to leave a credit card on file and told that they have the right to withdraw up to $1,500 from your account per year !!! without your knowledge to pay for the bill , i ask the receptionist Angela ,that what if i dont have a credit card to give? she said that then you can not be seen unless you pay $150 cash as a deposit "its our new policy" . i was shocked and very sad how things have changed , i was just in a week ago with my husband and they did ask him to give a card to put on file but his was expired so the receptionist didnt ask for anything other than the copay . I don't feel comfortable leaving my card on file with an open agreement to withdraw from it without me knowing what am i paying for more so when my daughter had two insurances!!! i am sorry to say that they just lost our and friends business as patients just due to this nonsense.
