I went a couple of weeks ago and there were 2 young ladies working. The younger girl was very nice but the one a little older was mean and dismissive. She is rude and unprofessional. The coffee was very bitter and taste like spoiled eggs. read more

Nice coffee stop for all occasions! The location is clean and there is plenty of seating inside and out. There is a couch area in the back if you are interested in a more cozy setting. I love Summer Moon and have been to multiple locations - including this one previously - and it is always good. Our coffees this morning were terrible. I don't even think there was moon milk in them. It was just like an unsweetened latte with milk that was way too foamy and looked like soap suds when I took the top off. Disappointing. read more

First stop at Summer Moon, though I pass it at least once a week... always looking for something less traditional than Starbucks to get my coffee fix. The menu on Yelp included the Strawberry Mocha Summer Moon Latte. It wasn't on the menu on site, but the man taking orders said they could make it. SO. GOOD. We are new to the area and I had no idea the best cinnamon latte I've ever had was tucked away in Daphne!! I give it 4 stars because for someone who's never been, the menu has ZERO information on it as far as what is in each drink and I really think that's a disservice to the drive-thru (can't speak for inside)! I can't have oats and had no idea the cinnamoon latte was made with oatmilk until I asked! So one small change could make a huge difference for people!!! Ambiance is beautiful. Nice, comfortable space to get some work done or chat with friends by the fire. Coffee was good but I will say the seasonal blueberry latte was overloaded with cinnamon, leaving a weird powdery taste at the end of my drink. I also feel as though the moon milk should be explained a little better although it is my fault I didn't look up menu beforehand. Baristas were nice! Enjoyed our coffee nevertheless. I love the openness, bright decor, and the use of hexagons everywhere (my favorite shape!). They have a great menu selection of drinks and some food items. I haven't tried any of the foods yet, but their drinks are great! Lovely study spot or great place for a coffee and to catch up with friends. Cute atmosphere in here but my coffee order was not that great for what I paid. I ordered the cinnamon latte and it had way too much rich cream in it- that it left a waxy coating in my mouth after every sip. I drank about half of it. Plus the barista was rushing me / semi-frustrated when I asked her a question and I was the only one in line. Food selection is slim. read more

Normally I absolutely love summer moon coffee, but this morning this blonde girl was so incredibly rude to me when I went through the drive thru. Everyone there is super friendly but after that interaction I will NOT be coming back. I am very disappointed and I would rather go to Starbucks than be treated like a problem for being a paying customer. read more

Service Stinks!! We waited at the counter for a good while with both girls that were working walking past us. They never once acknowledged us, smiled or spoke they would be with us soon or anything! We try to support small businesses but not with this type service. She had an earbud in & totally ignored us. We made the decision to go to Starbucks. read more

The Moon Milk is a pretty good 6.5/10. It's a different flavor very sweet. I would recommend a half moon milk and half oat milk. The worker was super nice and helpful explain how there coffee works. The atmosphere was clean and simple. read more

This review is of their CHAI only. Call me a tea snob but I know my way around a chai or two. Before ordering I make sure to ask about the quality of the drink and if it is spiced enough. The barista told me that it was very spicy (amazing in my book) and pretty good. I ended up ordering a 20 oz. iced spiced chai with extra cinnamon and whole milk and was very disappointed. The drink looked promising but the first sip hit me like the Boston Molasses Flood of 1919. The drink was so viscous and thick and the drink itself had very little flavor. I gave the drink a fair chance and stirred it around and sipped at different levels but to no avail. It was upsetting to say the least. It tasted like someone put a little bit of cinnamon and a gelatin packet into a glass of whole milk and put it on ice. Sadly, would not recommend read more

For the area, this is one of the better coffee shops. Trendy, fresh interior. Lots of roasted beans to buy to take home. There menu is a little confusing to figure out with the half, 3/4, and full moon but basically they use their own sweetened milk and the half or 3/4 is the amount in the cup. Good little spot! Great decor and aesthetics with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The coffee is great--a touch pricey, but then again any specialty anything will cost more than a latte. Not counting it against them at all, just letting you know it's a treat! The only caveat is their guest WiFi is always going out for me... only a handful of people were in but I couldn't get a consistent connection, but their staff WiFi was always available. I love the interior of this place, fun colors and design. I had a summer moon coffee at a local event and wanted to stop by the store to order again. I mentioned that I have never been in before and only knew I wanted something like an iced coffee with cream. The cashier offered iced latte with moon milk. She asked if I wanted some skim milk added which I originally declined since I didn't understand why more milk would be added. While waiting for her to ring up the order I saw Summer Moon offered different levels of moon milk added. I really wish the cashier took the time to explain this to me especially since I told her I never been in. She seems irritated when I decided to change my order after seeing the different options or moon milk/level of sweetness . Overall, the drink was great and I'm looking forward to getting it again. read more
