Stopped here yesterday to visit their market store to grab a couple of goodies for a gift basket I was making. They have fresh beef selections straight from their farm! Cheese, milk, such a cool local store! If you're looking to have something fresh and local, this is a great place to check out. Their customer service was great and the store was clean. LOVE summerfield farms! So much fun for every age! The well truck, live music, trivia, and food trucks on a weekly schedule has this as one of my favorite outdoor spots when the weather is nice. I have seen the offers for their special dinners but unfortunately have been able to attend due to the hefty price tag on them but I understand you pay for quality, so maybe one day I can afford them lol. Enjoying the beginning of summer we decided on Summerfield Farms, an outdoor oasis with food, live music, drinks (mine, EAGLE RARE) could not believe the choices. Relaxing environment for family and adults. Space set aside for the kids to.play within ear and eye shot of the parents. Firepits, lounge chairs this is the place to sit back and get your drink on. Ohh, and i would be remiss not n to mention there is a farmers store and the end all to be all was the young lady (Sasha) walking around the grounds taking orders for drinks...and yes, she delivers them back to you. I really enjoyed my experience at Summerfield Farms! It is a laid back atmosphere with Live Music, food trucks and a mobile bar! I feel mixed on this place. I really love the outdoor area. There's lots of room and it's a great place to catch up with a big group of friends and I really appreciate that. It's a great place to bring kids and dogs, and I had fun playing cornhole. I like the variety of beer, wine and cocktails. There's plenty of parking which I appreciate and when I went in the marketplace they were very friendly and welcoming On the other hand, multiple times I've had not great service when ordering a drink. Twice I've come for the advertised live music but there wasn't actually any happening. Recently when I went the advertised food truck was not there but that may be out of their control. The cocktails are okay, kind of expensive. There's definitely some great things about this place, but I wish it could be a little bit better! I'll likely give it another try though! read more

My wife's mission to visit every pumpkin patch in the triad brought us to Summerfield farms. I'm glad we found it! They had a cool little store that had everything from beer to spices to meat. I couldn't pick up any meat due to an afternoon out, but the beef and sausage looked good! The pumpkin patch in front of the store wasn't huge, but it carried a great variety. Out back there was live music, a food truck, and a booze truck! We'll definitely visit again read more

Such a fun place! Summerfield Farms has a bit of everything here. It's a wedding venue and event space, but they take full advantage of the expansive property hosting events, food trucks and activities for the whole family. There are 2 entrances, and unless you're there for an event, you'll want to use the market entrance. The Market is always where I start my visit - a little farmers market onsite, if you will! They have meats and produce from their farms, which I've found to be excellent. The Brussels sprouts are amazing! You'll also find some breads, snacks and other fun items like tshirts and coffee mugs. The lady who is usually working is so kind and friendly! Prices here are pretty fair for the quality as well. We also really liked the jalapeño hot sauce! Behind the market, you'll find the well truck! Additional parking to the left, not a far walk at all and well organized on crowded days. On one of my recent visits, Memorial Day, they had a meet and greet with some cute little goats and a sweet donkey named Minnie Pearl! They took our picture with them, the kids (and me!) loved this! They also had live music, as they do often. There is a few picnic tables under the shelter behind the market, and typically the food trucks are on the other side, and the grassy area with additional tables in the middle. Tons of room in the middle for yard games and kids to play. The well truck has signature cocktails, wine and beer, and additionally a featured cocktail rotating weekly. I really like the weekly features, they're some of the best on the menu. You'll find a variety of food trucks here, as well as events. I love this place! You have a delightful fresh food market that has all kinds of local and healthy eats, a well truck with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and a lovely setting with serene views. Not to mention the wide variety of activities offered, from goat yoga, exercise classes, kid friendly options, and cooking and drink mixing education. There's a rooftop restaurant setting that offers fancy pairings and meals, and the people are super nice and friendly. For Labor Day this year, my daughter, husband, and I decided to attend the soirée at summerfield farms! This place was a nice surprise being only 15 min from our home. The concept is great having everyone bring their own chairs and having a "well truck" service snacks and drinks all day long to patrons. Although the wait was long, it was worth it for their specialty cocktails! The event was carefully thought out with several food trucks, emergency vehicles for the kids to look at, live music, and wagon rides. The marketplace was also neat with an array of novelty food items available for purchase. The pecan pie popcorn was a hit! The only drawback was that we were promised baby goats within a certain time frame and they were nowhere to be found and our daughter was so excited about that. Overall we really loved the relaxed vibe of Summerfield farms and would love to come back and relax with more well truck drinks and food truck food! read more

I have been here a couple times since Summer 2020 for food trucks/events. The property is always very clean and tidy. The store contains "local" items with an expected cost structure. The "backyard" of the market is a flux space for bringing your own chairs, utilizing the picnic tables (some with umbrellas) or under the shelter. This is also where the visiting food trucks and their well truck park. Note the well truck has more than just alcoholic options and some pretty awesome house-made hibiscus lemonade. If you have known this area for a while this is a way to monetize the historically rural nature of the community which is quickly diminishing with housing developments. Hopefully this farm can preserve the open land that is so treasured. read more

We were able to check it out this past weekend and I gotta say-I want to live closer so that can be my hang out spot! We stopped into the market for some pumpkins (all super unique) and also noticed all the local vendors they carry. We walked around to the grassy field behind the market which housed live music, a food truck and their well truck. It was definitely full of families and folks hanging out with their dogs! I almost don't want to write this review because it'll mean giving up my selfish secrets...I haven't attended a formal event at Summerfield Farms, but it looks like it would be stunning! The market is a sweet little store with some great tasting local products. My review though is for the Well Truck nights. Wednesday through Sunday evenings, the Well Truck is available for some yummy alcoholic and zero proof drinks. They also have a local food truck each night offering some delicious dinner options. We have not been disappointed by the food truck availability yet. There are smaller snacks available on the Well Truck, if you prefer. The setting is simply stunning. They have picnic tables and Adirondack chairs spread out on the lawn so you can enjoy your date and your neighbor's company. There is also cute, covered patio seating that helps when it's raining, because the fun is rain or shine. On any beautiful night, you can enjoy a drink and dinner with a chill vibe, while also enjoying kids playing nearby and people's pets. This is definitely a must visit place, especially if you live on this side of GUILFORD county. read more

This review is for COVID-times when there are food trucks, The Well Truck, and live music (all outdoors). I've gone at least three weekends during the August-October timeframe and it has been such a fun, relaxing weekend activity. My friends and I normally go on Saturday or Sunday (but Sunday has been our preference) between 2-5pm to get food from a food truck, drinks, hear live music, and relax on their lawn (we grab a picnic table and also bring chairs/blankets). Bathrooms are available. The first few times we went, we preferred to purchase alcohol from inside The Market (cutest place!), but most recently, they "asked that we buy alcohol from The Well Truck," which was odd. There is a much better selection in The Market, but we abided by the "rules" if you will and used The Well Truck instead. Not a huge fan of this, but I guess it is what it is. Ultimately, this is a great spot during COVID and it is family friendly! read more

A truck was around the rear offering wine, beer, and cocktails, mostly from local breweries and wineries. Beautiful property! I stayed at the little "retreat" for 3 days and loved my time there. It was very serene and peaceful. My early morning walks around the grounds were probably my favorite part...don't miss the tree in the middle of the field. The little market on the property had almost everything you might need for your stay. I'd love to come back in the spring time to see their gardens and more of their operations. They were great communicators and very accommodating during my stay! I would come back and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay that's just 20ish mins outside of Greensboro. read more

This rating is for Summerfield Farms as a venue & event space. Boyfriend & I attended a wedding here recently and thought that the venue was beautiful. An Uber dropped us off at the parking lot, guests were a little confused on where to go for the ceremony but we soon figured it out. A tractor pulled up with a trailer to carry people down the street to where the ceremony was held. Boyfriend and I decided to walk since it was full. The views were amazing, especially since the leaves were starting to turn, which added to an amazing ceremony! After the ceremony we walked back up to where the reception was being held. Outside a tent was set up with all of the tables for dinner. There was a stage where the newlyweds walked out onto to be announced and do their first dance after the introductions of the wedding party were completed which was cool since I expected them to all come in from the same place. Overall, a nice rustic themed wedding! We had a blast. read more

We had a wonderful time here for our daughter's 7th birthday party. The space has plenty of room for the kids to spread out and run around playing games. The baby bunnies were a huge hit with all the girls, and everyone enjoyed the pony rides as well. We held our high school 2023 prom at this location. The entire process from start to finish was so easy and wonderful thanks to Summerfield Farm's event planners and staff. They were so attentive to our requests and needs and checked in with us many times before our event to make sure all the details were correct. The night of our prom, the event staff was there to help us with any issues/needs that might arise. They were simply amazing and we could not have asked for a better experience. The facility is beautiful and was the perfect location for our event. We had heavy downpours the night of our prom and the staff quickly resolved any issues that the it caused. We were searching all around Greensboro for a place to hold my daughters 5th birthday and I'm so glad we called Summerfield Farms! We rented the Cottage and it felt like home! We loved everything from the golf cart drop off, to the full use kitchen and gorgeous /comfy furniture, to the patio, to the swing and so much more. Elizabeth and Melody made booking and the day of the party stress free! We took advantage of Dolly the mini horse and my daughter and all her little friends were in love :) It was an amazing (and I might add-inexpensive) addition to the party! The cottage was spotless when we arrived to setup and when we left we didn't have to worry about cleaning up a thing. We took home what we brought in and they took care of the rest. Summerfield Farms is an absolutely beautiful place to have special events. Whether it's a wedding or a child's birthday party. We celebrated our child's Birthday in August and everything was perfect from start to finish. There are so many options available to make your event special. We went with a meet and greet with the cutest little bunnies and pony rides for the children with their pony Dolly. She was such a friendly pony and the kids loved every moment. The event managers were always responsive when I had any questions or wanted to add on a service leading up to the party and even after the party.
