She was asked for advice and the manner in which she delivered it was extremely unprofessional and would warrant a coaching moment at the very least. She needs to be reported to someone. I did finally get a preliminary interview with someone, who gave me a case # and a promise I would get a call in 3 days, that was 6 days ago. "A few days" turned into 3 weeks and 5 follow up calls. Every time I requested a call back, they would assure me they would but never do so. Everything was waiting on a system update with no further explanation.
