This is a very tiny place in West St Paul, but they do excellent work and are very easy to work with. Taxes are no one's favorite thing (unless you are fortunate enough to get money back each year...which I am not), but the process pretty painless! The drop-off is quick, they ask great questions so they can identify any potential deductions, and they offer the ability to email in documents if you forget anything. The turnaround time is pretty fast, and the.price is terrific. In fact, I was paying almost twice as much at my previous place which was crazy! After cancelling my life insurance policy with Farmers in May 2025, today I received a letter from Farmers notifying me that my policy is active. Just a letter saying it's active -- why would it be active again? so they can resume charging me for a policy I don't want? I spent an hour on the phone with customer service, and their response was "oopsie, that must have been a miscommunication". How do you accidentally miscommunicate in a way that reinstates a canceled policy of a former customer? I'll keep watching for more letters and surprise charges.
