We had a custom build for our dogs which turned out exactly the way we wanted it and the company took the time to modify the build to have the doors open straight up instead of hinged so they would not bump into the walls of the room as well as find a material they used for the screens that would hold up to our dogs scratching and jumping at it. Even after being asked/reminded several times over the course of a month and a half, nothing. Just responses of "I'll send it tomorrow", but tomorrow never comes. Can't speak to the quality of their work, but communication and follow through seem to be seriously lacking. After almost 2 months of trying to give them the work, I ended up calling another arborist and starting over.
