Critter Control's estimate to evacuate and seal the house was high, but the professional examination of the property was very, very impressive in comparison with others. Interestingly they advised I did not have a big problem and that the bat that entered was probably a youngster out exploring, a really professional assessment that could have cost them a job if it were not for a desire to assure another exploring youngster would not find his/her way in. So the actual sealing work was surprisingly detailed and meticulously done. So although my checkbook looks a little different my house does not and I am supremely confident I won't wake up to another bat. And the work is guaranteed.

The next morning he sent me an email stating that what we had was not bed bugs but a simple beetle. What a relief.
